Good bed, good hairdryer and good steamer. All staff with exception of Reception were nice. Breakfast was excellent.
Room was very basic for deluxe, toiletries were at a min level...eg, no body cream or shower cap. Had to ask both days to have our room cleaned. Dirty teacups were not removed on second day or anything replaced. No fridge. Spa treatments were good but short but when we were told we had to pay 45 sterling each to use sauna etc on top of the price of our treatments we were shocked. We were not offered robes etc as ONLY having a treatment. We were offered the pool which was 5 mins walk away. No fresh fruit or flavoured water in either Spa waiting areas. The cost of food was shocking. A chicken wrap, cheese sambo, one latte and one mocha 44 sterling!!!!!!!! Would no go back...SO EXPENSIVE FOR BASIC FACILITIES. Bar area nice but did not have sparkling water...offered tap water.
