The room 14 was clean and comfortable with twin beds and an on suite bathroom with excellent shower. Dinner was well prepared fresh with a selection of vegetables served separately. Breakfast offered a wide choice of items all freshly cooked (not reheats) plenty of tea and toast. As a family run hotel the staff deserve Gold Stars all round, eager to help and very pleasant to deal with.

It was clean and quiet
The uncomfortable bed, only 2 teabags, no working bedside light. Slow breakfast service very bitter coffee. In my opinion it is overpriced.
