The hotel had been booked to use as a base for the night for a event in another location They learnt it was my Birthday,
I was wished a Happy Birthday on arrival & received a upgraded room
On Entering there I was left a Birthday card & complementary bottles of Prosecco & wine
On Check out which was a different member of staff to check in I was asked if I had , had a good Birthday staff were so friendly x

The room was large with comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. And friendly helpful staff.
Parking charge of £8 was a surprise but not to expensive.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the room was large and well furnished. Good breakfast, especially the pastries.

The bed was comfy. The Breakfast was Decent
Lack of Staff. Evening meal took ages to come out and they got the order wrong. The Room was tired
