Located in North Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $450 per night is a great option for your next trip. VIEWTASTIC !!! Bed linens and bath towels included ! (You will need to bring your own beach towels.) This Newly remodeled Ocean Front town home with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy ! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Three ocean front decks so you can relax to the sound of the sea. Direct beach access from the main living level deck and Queen bedroom. Beach walkover replaced this off season, new gate latches installed, slider door locks newly installed. First level has 2 bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a full bathroom (1 Queen bedroom and 2 twin bunkroom).Bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. The second level is Open concept living containing custom kitchen with dining peninsula, kitchen table and comfortable living room with mounted flat-screen TV and beautiful direct ocean views. The multicade game table with 60 classic arcade games is set on free play for lots of family fun ! The third level Master Suite is a spacious Private sanctuary with a King size bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, jetted tub and a private ocean front balcony ! Feel the stress melting away ! Full size washer and dryer are located on the garage level. Park style grill located outside, behind the garage ocean side. If you bring a grill, DO NOT BRING GRILL UP ON THE DECK! Grilling on the deck is a violation of the town ordinance, YOU COULD BE FINED! 1 mile to Sea View Pier Baby gate available for use **Pet welcome, 1 dog only please. Additional $150.00 Pet Fee required****please be respectful and clean up after your pet. Town ordinance for not cleaning up after your pet is 100$ Fine. Bath towels and bed sheets included, you will need to bring your OWN beach towels and paper products. This home does NOT have a landline phone. 17.8 miles (approximately 26 min) from Camp Lejeune 31.5 miles (approximately 45 min) from Camp Geiger 136.5 miles (approximately 2 hrs, 28 min) from Fort Bragg 50.7 miles (approximately 49 min) from Wilmington NC, USS North Carolina Battleship, Bellamy Mansion, Airle Gardens. Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier Island with an abundance of seashells, sharks teeth and clean white sandy beaches. Topsail Beach is a family friendly community , clean quiet beaches with plenty of local restaurants and beach shops or water craft rental a few miles away. Support local businesses and historical sites ! A short drive to Wilmington NC to site see at the Battleship NC or Bellamy Mansion Museum. Go to the north end of Topsail Island, park the car and walk the beautiful white sand beach and watch the oceans fury.

This property was wonderful. The home was clean and functional. The views were magnificent and beach access was easy via a private walkway. Check in was easy. Beth was very easy to work with when we had some changes.

We love Topsail Island and have stayed in several different places. The Ocean Pearl was a wonderful place. Love that they allow pets, we don't vacation with out them. Everything was as expected. We had a great time.

Opened the screen door to the balcony and it fell off in my hands, attempted putting it back on several times and finally leaned it against the bedroom wall. Coffee maker didn’t work and I purchased one and left it there. Tried to wash a load of clothes and washing machine was junk, ended up rinsing in the sink and hanging clothes out on the railing.
Today I got an email saying that the renters insurance I had purchased was being charged for washing machine repairs off $228, that’s insurance fraud and I have reported it to the insurance company.
Like I said, it sure is not what the pictures are and we will never stay there again. I did find a really nice place just down the road that a friend was staying at and next spring when we come back that’s where we will stay from now on.

The location is great and we loved having direct access to the beach. There are several sea turtle nests around too!! This beach condo has most of what you need, just bring yourself, food and toiletries and you are set.

We stayed at the home for a short friends trip. Everything about the home was great, but the views were absolutely killer! We loved the direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and views from the deck were amazing for hangout off the sand. The only downfalls of our trip were a short stay and Idalia. No issues from the storm, but it did create a rainy day. Beth was very quick to reply and answer all inquiries. I highly recommend this spot!

Place was amazing with location and access to the beach from all areas of the house! So wonderful to take dogs to the beach and relax ! Love they allow this! Clean and nice decor! Stairs inside to go out were a bit much for us with older dog… but she loved the beach access to go! Would recommend for family of 6 or if couples maybe 2 couples at a time! Overall very relaxing!

It had every thing you needed with the biggest plus being you had to walk out the back door, go a very short distance on a wooden deck and you set foot on the sand just yards from the Atlantic Ocean!! I started to miss it as soon as I got in the car to head back to Ohio.

Quiet part of the island. Lovely beach. Perfect view. A 15 minute drive to most restaurants but not an issue if you plan well. Our dog had a fantastic time hanging out on the beach with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at OceanBay Pearl. Being right on the beach was fantastic for our two families, and the location meant we never felt crowded on the beach, even on July 4. (And we could see numerous fireworks displays from the deck.) Three boys (ages 13, 11 and 8) in the bedroom with the bunk beds worked out pretty well. Everything was as advertised in the listing. (Be aware that there is some sharp/rocky debris in some sections of this portion of the beach.) Wonderful memories from this trip!

Looking for a place to get away & relax? You can’t beat this home beautifully situated right on the beach! This home was tastefully decorated with enough beds and space for the whole family. Even the pups had a blast! We enjoyed many walks on the beach and hanging out. You might even get lucky and meet Harley, the resident parrot! Beth was very nice and quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

Our son was being deployed and we wanted a long, relaxing weekend with him. Our winter stay was wonderful. Cool breeze, great location, and even walks on a rainy beach were just perfect. (Had a little trouble with remote, but owner was VERY QUICK to respond and guide us on SuperBowl Sunday!)

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.....THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING!!!! The week we visited the weather was super humid and the house was temp was warmer. Since we all reside in NC we are used to the humid weather and we made sure all the curtains for the door we pulled shut and the blinds were closed to keep the sun from beating in the house, that helped. All and all we had a great week!!!!
