About this house rental
Located in North Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $239 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sound Access on our beautiful Backyard Pier ! (Shared with adjoining unit if you have a large party and want to rent both sides) This Newly remodeled Ocean view 2nd row town home, with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy ! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy the Ocean and Sound views. Beach access just steps away! The first level has the beautifully decorated bedrooms with mounted flat-screen TVs, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Master with king bed that has sound views. Second room with comfortable queen bed with ocean view, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second level is open concept living containing a custom eat in kitchen, spacious Dining room, comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Relax on the second level balcony’s and enjoy the Ocean and Sound breezes and views with private decks on each side. Kids and adults love the Pac-Man arcade game, for some friendly competition. Enjoy playing the arcade game, which has 60 classic favorite’s, set on free play. Or, adventure out on the back sound using the 4 sit on top kayaks (life jackets included ) and take in nature’s incredible sites. Enjoy the convenience of the Backyard Pier to launch the kayaks, throw in a fishing line or peacefully bird watch. Please carry the kayaks out to the pier, dragging the kayaks ruins them. We provide the kayaks for added fun, please be respectful and don’t damage them. Park style charcoal grill on back patio available for use. You will need to bring charcoal to use. Bring your bikes for nearby bike trail as well! The beach is 500 feet across the street and easy walk with kids and bags. 1 Mile to Sea View Pier Baby gate and pac 'n play available for use **Pet Friendly - 1 dog 50 lbs max, Pet Fee applies per stay. ***Please be respectful and clean up after your dog *** Town ordinance for not cleaning up after your pet is 100$. We enjoyed our quick visit! The kids all enjoyed Kayaking and the Sound views and dock are so peaceful and perfect. The arcade game was also a hit! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful!

I am not even sure where to start…everything about this place was perfect! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the “home” feel this place has it all. The owner is amazing and very responsive immediately to any questions. We even received a welcome basket! If you are looking for the perfect beach stay the Peach is it!!!

The check in process was so easy and Kathy really cared that we had everything we needed throughout the week. Having access to the back dock was perfect for paddle boarding (there are kayaks available at the property, too). The beach was just a short walk across the street. The house is well-equipped for a family. My kids loved the arcade games!

We very much enjoyed our trip. The walk to the beach is very short and entrance to the marsh and ability to use kayaks was priceless. The place provided us with everything we needed and the owners are quick to reply and very accommodating. We will be booking again! ❤️

This was a fantastic find for us! Convenient access to the beach, Beth is a super responsive host, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans so we didn't have to eat out every meal.
The only thing we noted, which was not a problem for us, was that the beds listed as queens were full beds, albeit I didn't have a tape to confirm this. They still comfortably slept two people, but if you're really tall or a bit bigger, this could be a challenge.
All of that to say, we will definitely look for availability here for future group events. Also, the arcade machine is amazing!

We stayed here with another couple for the long weekend for my birthday. Check in / out process was easy, clean property, great location one row back from the beach. The dock in the back leading out the sound was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay for the long weekend. The house was spacious and provided great ocean views and sound views. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. There are not a lot of homes around so we had plenty of room on the beach to spread out. It was also nice that beach furniture and kayaks were available for our use. We wish we had more time to take advantage!

The Peach on the Beach met all of our needs for our summer vacation. The place was clean and everyone had enough room to move about. The private dock for fishing and kayaking were great. Everything was well appointed and my in-laws liked the appliances so much they are thinking of using the same models when they are ready to purchase next time. Can’t beat being steps from the beach, which was clean and was not densely populated so our family had a lot space to enjoy ourselves. Would certainly come back!

The rental looks just like the pictures. We loved that there were beach chairs, kayaks, etc. available. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the lack of carpeting. The kids fished every night. We will be back.

Celebrating a Grandsons Graduation we thought a beach trip would be great. And it was. Beautiful House, beautiful weather. The Ocean a short walk away. Your own pier in back on sound to fish or enjoy nature. Pac Man game gave us many laughs. There were 4 adults. Lots of room. The bedrooms are nice and private. Beds excellent. We loved Peach at the Beach and hope to return! Thank you, Beth.

Place was great, and as advertised. Back deck was where we spent most of our time, watching the boats on the Intracoastal. The dock was a nice bonus, as were the kayaks. Recommend it highly.

The property is as described, and overall very nice for a family. Road in front of property is a little busier than I would like with kids and dogs. Views from front and back are gorgeous. Kayaking proved to be difficult with no ladder off the dock, but it is beautiful and peaceful to sit and enjoy.

This is an excellent getaway. The dock to the sound is a quiet respite to sit at anytime of day. Even on a cloudy day, the views were beautiful and soothing. Everything in the home was well kept and operational. Will definitely book this again.

Great all around experience! Sound side with the beach access right across the street. Wonderful location and options for things to do right around the property. This accommodation did not disappoint. Clean, spacious, and great for adults and kids. Communication with host was excellent!
