A large deck spans the full width of the front of the house adding more entertaining, dining and lounging area. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

This rustic spot was close to everything - Wellfleet center, beaches, bike trails and restaurants/shops. Great for our family of 6! Just bring some bug spray if you plan on being outdoors.

My family (husband and 2 daughters) and I stayed in Wellfleet over the summer. Although there are houses near by, you still felt secluded. The location is great, close proximity to both bay and ocean beaches. We walked to down Wellfleet on several occasions which was nice. Would definitely recommend the house to others.

Excellent value, very quiet location

Excellent value, very quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in this very quiet, out-of-the-way home. Perhaps a bit basic but reminiscent of visiting the Cape before all the fancy houses went up. While basic, it was clean and pleasant. The outdoor shower is great. A great deal considering how much is usually costs to stay in Wellfleet. We will return to stay here again.

The property was perfect, we had a wonderful time. The only concern we had was the amount of mold growing in the bedroom air conditioners. Very unhealthy and horrible for us with allergies.
