This comfortable two-bedroom home is set on a one-acre wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac on Wellfleet's bayside. The property is only 0.8 mi to Powers Landing Beach at Wellfleet Harbor and 0.8 mi to Wellfleet Center.

Enter the front room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. To the left is a great room with vaulted ceiling. The great room has a living room with comfortable seating--a nice space for conversation or a good book. NOTE: living room couches to be replaced and one is a queen pull-out sofa for additional sleep space. New photo coming soon. The dining area has a large table with seating for six.

At the other side of the house is the kitchen and family room. The nicely equipped kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and plenty of workspace. There is a second dining area between the front room and the kitchen. The kitchen opens to the family room with comfortable seating and a desk if you can't escape work emails.

Plenty of places to gather together or find a quiet spot to unwind.

The house has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a slider to a balcony overlooking the patio. The other bedroom has a double bed.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower.

A/C: Central air conditioning in the main living areas and bedroom. Ductless split unit air conditioner in the family room off the kitchen.

Washer/dryer conveniently located in a closet in the kitchen.

A large deck runs the length of the front of the house. There is a seating area and one end of the deck and a dining table at the other. Barbecue your way with a choice of gas grill or charcoal grill.

The patio at the side of the house is a sunny spot with lounge seating and a dining table. Around the back of the house is an enclosed outdoor shower.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is less than a mile to Wellfleet's popular Main Street and Powers Landing Beach. Just over a mile to Mayo Beach and the Wellfleet Town Pier. Short drive to all of the best of Wellfleet including the town's beloved fresh water ponds, ocean beaches, golf, live entertainment, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
