La casa es muy amplia y con un equipamiento muy completo, incluyendo un pequeño cuarto de lavado. Todas las salas nobles disponen de aire acondicionado, lo que permite un buen confort para los calores del verano. Situada en el extremo alto de la villa, es un sitio muy tranquilo, y la casa está bien insonorizada. Dispone de un patio con barbacoa y mesa en la planta baja a nivel de calle, y una terraza/lounge exterior en la azotea para el relax de fin del día, con una vista espectacular sobre la villa.
Y la situación de la villa en medio de la isla permite tener todos los puntos turísticos a menos de media hora de distancia.
A nosotros no nos ha molestado en absoluto, pero hay que tener en cuenta que:
- estando la casa dentro de la villa, puede ser complicado el acceso en coche a la casa, y, por supuesto, aparcar cerca de ella, aunque hay zonas cercanas que permiten una parada para cargar/descargar los huéspedes y el equipaje. A unos 5-10 minutos andando hay suficientes aparcamientos.
- las alcobas se sitúan en los pisos superiores a los que se accede por escaleras (sobre todo para subir a la terraza de la azotea, con una escalera muy empinada).
A tenerlo en cuenta, sobre todo si hay huéspedes con problemas de movilidad.

Maison familiale très agréable facile et pratique pour une famille. Nous étions un couple avec 4 jeunes adultes avec 2 salles de bains et 3 toilettes.
L'espace extérieur est une cour extérieure.

We missed the first flight to Menorca, so we had to book another flight to Mallorca and then from Mallorca to Menorca so we came at midnight. They were so helpful, called to car rental company so they come for us at airport and we could collect car after they were closed. They also bought us groceries so we would not be hungry after arrival and did not even take money for it. I really can not do more than strongly recommend this place, because you will be highly satisfied staying there. Greetings from Slovakia Joan, hopefully we come again. Wish you all the best!
Air condition only in 2 rooms out of 4 might be a problem for somebody during high temperature nights.
