Great stay in a perfect location.

Perfect location - very close to everything They let us drop out bags off when we arrived early

Top séjour en famille dans ce Penthouse plein centre !

Un duplex très pratique proche de tout ! Santa Cruz, le quartier vivant et riche en découvertes. Une très bonne adresse si vous souhaitez découvrir Séville.

Muy bien

Lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicación, y no tener vecinos arriba, ya que era un ático. La terraza enorme que había no pudimos disfrutarla por el tiempo. En general todo bien, aunque nos falto que hubiera un sillón más cómodo.

La única pega es que en la terraza hay una salida de humos del bar de abajo y olía un poco a comida, pero como no pudimos utilizarla porque hacia frio, no nos supuso mucho problema.

The apartment was in an excellent location, extremely clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well and gave us a break from the August heat. Paula was very friendly and quick to respond to any queries and information about the booking.

Bliss

The property was lovely there was a group of 6 of us and we had everything we needed for the week in Seville. The location was great and in a lovely area , the apartment had great air conditioning and lovely outdoor area and the pool upstairs was lovely during the hot weather. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough and the host was really easy to contact and very helpful.

A great family trip to an amazing city, the Penthouse made our stay extra special.

Location was exceptional, very nice area of the city and near all the main attractions, the perfect place to explore and experience everything Seville has to offer. The pool was the perfect way to cool down in the heat of the afternoon. The host was brilliant, very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Overall wonderful!

Absolutely perfect location and exceptional view from the rooftop pool. Wonderful customer service when I forgot a valuable item and it was quickly shipped to me in the US!

I would recommend bringing your own towels for the pool if you have that capability.

A perfect place to stay in Seville - an absolute gem

Amazing flat with a wonderful spacious terrace and perfect pool - unbelievable location and views of the cathedral. Such a clean flat to stay in - and each room worked well for us. And Paula was so helpful - we had a glitch at the start finding the keys and she immediately found a solution. So friendly - and always offering a helpful suggestion. Would love to book with her and stay here again. And would definitely recommend as the pool in the afternoon is a life saver from the heat!

Amazing days in Seville in a fantastic apartment and very helpful host. 🥳

everything about the apartment was great. Clean, great location, neat to everything, airy, air conditioning everything you need in an apartment. Paula was great and recommended lots of places of interest, and was only a telephone call away if we needed anything. The terrace was amazing with great views of the cathedral. i would definitely book here again. thank you Paula 😊

Great apartment, great location, highly recommend

Belen the host was great with communication. The apartment was clean, airy and light. The small pool with a view of the cathedral was a great way to cool down in the heat of the day. There was lots of outdoor space on the roof terrace with plenty of seating options to relax. I’d highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for our group. The roof terrace views are stunning, there was plenty of space, and the location could not have been better. Paula was a great host too and gave us lots of amazing recommendations. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect place to spend a week-end in Seville

The location of the penthouse could not be better. Cathedral is 5 minutes walk, Plaza de Eapaña 10 minutes. The place is quiet, clean and well equipped.

very modern bright 2 story apartment with an amazing terrace. everything well thought out throughout the property. prefect location you don’t need a car.

the lift is very small on way up but having a lift in an old building is a big plus

This penthouse has everything you could ask for. the locations is amazing, it is spacious, modern and clean (the beds are really confortable). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A little detail was the deck floor which has big cracks and holes in it.

The property has a large roof terrace and is very well locatedIt is close to bars and restaurants.The host Paula was very helpful particularly when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment on one occasion.we would go back without hesitation

Good but not great!

Perfect location and in general the apartment is amazing. There are a few details like glasses missing, blackout curtains on the first bedroom next to the living room but overall it's a good property and the location is perfect! I am sure that with small fixes this can be one of the best properties in Seville.

There is some visible damage on the walls of the door and the tv remote does not work. Terrace needs to be taken care of. All plants are dead and the floor is unsafe in some parts as there are pieces coming out and it is falling. Very dangerous. Be aware that the Pool is not a pool.. It's a water tank for 1 person and it is not properly cleaned and maintained as well.

Exceptional

Everything. The location was perfect. There is so much space there. Three lovely big bedrooms and everything we needed there. Nice and secure too.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing was there was two bedrooms down a windy stairs so I don't think this apartment would be suitable for large families with small children or elderly people.

Lovely stay in Seville

Pros: - Location was incredible- really useful for all of the tourist spots. restaurants and shops nearby. - Decor is modern, trendy and spotless. - Flat was clean when we arrived. - Hosts were friendly and helpful, I.e came to clean pool as soon as we asked etc. - Facilities are great. Pool was amazing to have in the boiling hot weather, and all cooking/cleaning facilities were perfect. -Prefect views from the balcony -Nacho was a really good host he communicated whenever we had any questions

Cons: - Neither the front door or the door from the lift have good locks. Really difficult to feel secure. - Can be quite unsafe. Glass panels covering lights on the stairs were loose. Panels on the decking coming up (stubbed toes). - Glasses really cheap which meant they broke very easily. - saw a few ants but expected in the heat
