The common room/kitchen was great. Two bathrooms is a plus for 6 travelers. The location is convenient. And it felt safe.
The ensuite bathroom fan was loud when the light was on. We didn’t like that the doors to each room were always closed and were loud when they shut. Would have preferred having the option of keeping them open. But not a big deal

We stayed in the penthouse. It’s our second time back. Loved the location! A home away from home.
I do think the mattresses in this room need to be updated , the springs are popping out .

Location, location, location! Plus, the accommodations were excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet since it was right in the heart of the Royal Mile!
