Nestled in Tisbury, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a great option for your next vacation. *** A transferable auto reservation is available for all remaining July and August 2024 weeks***. New, solar powered, 3200 sq. ft., waterfront, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath (sleeps 12) air conditioned home, flooded with fabulous sunsets on and over the water! Private Lagoon (saltwater) beachfront. EV charger. 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk to and through the Gingerbread Cottages of the Camp Meeting Association and on into Oak Bluffs Center; an easy walk or bike ride into town. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, windsurf, sail or fish right from the beach on the Lagoon or out onto Vineyard Sound (under the drawbridge).....with the sun rising or setting all around you. The water views include glorious sunsets, the ferries and sailboats coming and going in the Lagoon, the harbor and Vineyard Sound. Bring or rent a boat- tie up at our mooring and enjoy beautiful, relaxing days on the water. (Advance notice required for mooring use). BBQ on the sunset-facing upper deck or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Includes 4 kayaks and 4 paddle boards for your use. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an upside-down living orientation featuring a sunset flooded cathedral ceiling living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a lav designed in glass and a Master Bed/Bath located on the upper level. The over-sized glass windows on the Lagoon/water-view side nurture beautiful, natural light all day and the awesome colors of sunset as the day gradually draws to a close. The entry level has 3 bedrooms (2 w/ Queen and a 3-4 child bunk-room), double-sink full bathroom, laundry, media room and a kitchenette; which is provided for easy entertaining in the back yard or on the private beach. As well as an H/C outdoor shower on the porch. On the lower level, a 2nd, 700 sq ft, master with en-suite bath and a king bed and sectional (w/ pull-out Full) walks out to the backyard/Lagoon beach. **Need To Know - Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Large parties and other events are not permitted at the property.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless with all the amenities needed to make our stay memorable. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We were unfortunate to have the end of our stay coincide with a bad storm, and Richard went above and beyond to arrange alternate accommodations for us, a wonderful and welcoming host all around. Do not hesitate to book for a great vacation!

We stayed at Richard and Pia’s property with 8 adults and two young children for a picture perfect week on the Vineyard. The house is incredible and had everything we needed and so much more. We were constantly surprised to find so many small conveniences like beach toys, a juicer, cleaning supplies and plenty of cookware/serving-ware that you don’t see at most rental properties.
The view was spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the ac is cold and the hosts are so helpful and kind. We were totally spoiled by this experience! It will be hard to rent any other Vineyard homes after this one.

We rented this home to spend the week with our two daughters and their families. The house had everything we needed and more! The layout was perfect for our group. My husband and I loved the private downstairs master suite with large sitting area, beautiful seemingly new bathroom and access outside to the backyard. Being on the lagoon was fantastic for paddle boarding, snorkeling and fishing. We didn’t catch much but we did see horseshoe crabs, live scallops, hermit crabs and other creatures which the kids loved. The view from the deck is awesome. Loved watching the ferry boats come in at night across the lagoon. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing place and hosts
This place is stunning, a recently renovated place, that sits right next to the water. Richard and Pia are the best hosts, and they’re right next door for any help you may need. The place is extremely well furnished and a beautiful kitchen to cook or brand new grill to use. Or just relax and watch the sunset on the deck overlooking the water. It fit 7 of us comfortably with plenty of room for more. Must stay!

This is a beautiful home lead out with lots of privacy for a large family. The sunsets off the deck are incredible. The host is extremely generous with your paddleboard’s kayaks and enjoy the badminton net as well. Couldn’t ask for more

Great, quiet location, beautiful view! Beautiful yard and garden leading to small beach. House had more than enough space for 7 adults, with sitting areas and decks on multiple levels. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dining space inside and out. Beautifully decorated home, felt like we were invited guests. Owners were extremely responsive to questions, and helpful with suggestions for enjoying the island.

Perfect location!!
We had a wonderful family vacation. House was very clean and the perfect size for our family of five with 3 adult children. We enjoyed waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the water and ending each day watching the sunset while we enjoyed dinner. The kitchen has everything you need and is a joy to cook in while enjoying the view.
The master bedroom is upstairs and there are 3 bedrooms downstairs which allows everyone space to spread out. Also downstairs is a sitting room for the early risers.
We enjoyed taking swims in front of the house, laying on the loungers in the yard and the wonderful outdoor shower. Richard greeted us upon arrival and was a wonderful host.
It was the perfect vacation to relax and unwind. Many wonderful family memories were made and we can’t wait to return!

The house is perfect for family gatherings, which was part of our plan for our week.
We cooked many meals, so having a kitchen like this one was wonderful! And the grill...we couldn’t have asked for more.
There are two floors, the master is upstairs so there is privacy and the downstairs has the big screen TV so guests like hanging out down there!
We will definitely be back!

Life on the Lagoon is great
A wonderful view, and house! My family had a great time playing on the little beach by the lagoon! We even got some clamming done! More than enough room for a family of 7, and Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluff is only a minute or two away by car, for some ice cream.

Quiet waterfront cul de sac get away in Oak Bluffs
Well appointed home with a beautiful view overlooking the Lagoon at Vineyard Haven. Richard has made sure the home is stocked with all the little things that renters appreciate including but not limited to a bread machine, waffle iron, and of course a lobster pot. The home was all the more impressive considering this was a weekend where of one his family members was planning g a wedding and only a few weeks removed from knee surgery.
The home is just a little distance from town center, but the views, kayaks, row boat, and private beach area of over 70 feet are well worth the trade-off.

We came all the way from the UK and the house, the setting and the delightful owners made our stay perfect. The house is exceptionally well equipped, comfortable and has probably the best sunset view on the island!

Perfect waterfront vacation getaway on Martha's VIneyard
This is a beautiful, new waterfront home that easily accommodated our extended family (total of 8 people). We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfront location.....beautiful views across the back of the home, outdoor dining, small beach area, kayaking, clamming and mooring for our rented boat. Truly, the waterfront location was the highlight of our vacation.
The home is a short bike ride or walk into the town of Oak Bluffs, which makes it convenient to avoid having to drive in and park. We rented bikes from Anderson's and they delivered/picked up and were great to work with.
The house still feels brand new and has a few neat features. The kitchen is a cook's delight....top of the line appliances, cooktop and cookware (did I mention the water view while cooking?). The lower deck has an outdoor (warm/cold water) shower, which we LOVED. The upper deck has a retractable awning allowing use all day. The bathrooms were beautifully done. The only things lacking were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a mattress in one room that should be replaced. We did make an assumption that the house was pet free based upon the pet restriction listed, however, the owners had a cat in the home before the summer rental season. That did limit our use of one bedroom for our children who are allergic to cats, but they were very gracious about it once we realized it (offered us allergy medicine).
Richard and Pia were delightful to work with, and ensured everything was just right for our family's vacation. They provided suggestions for dining, sightseeing, bike and boat rentals, and booking the ferry. Pia even gave us "clamming lessons" and showed us how to enjoy fresh clams right out of the water! Those personal touches made us feel well taken care of.
I do suggest checking ferry availability before booking, as we had to adjust our rental dates based upon when we could get ferry reservations, but that is likely just during high season.
Overall, this was the perfect house for our first visit to Martha's Vineyard and if we have the pleasure to return to the island, it's the only place we'd want to stay.
