About this apartment rental
A perfect place for 1-4 people to stay! You will have plenty of room, shared use of a grill, backyard, and outdoor dining area. Location is fantastic - it's only a 3 minute walk to the lagoon/beach, 20 minute walk to the Oak Bluffs harbor, 25 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs, and 7 minute drive to State Beach.
We have central AC and heat to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is!
The owners live upstairs with their two young kids (5 & 7) and a dog. As such, this listing is for early-risers ready to enjoy the beauty of island mornings :)

EXCELLENT!!!!!! CLEAN APARTMENT. HOSTS WERE WONDERFUL. I WAS ABLE TO REFRESH, REFOCUS AND REGROUP DURING MY STAY. I UBER EVERYONE WHICH WAS EASIER FOR ME AND GOOD. i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Perfect accommodations for my wife and i to revisit our wedding site on MV. Flight delays caused us to miss the ferry in on day 1, and Josh was so gracious in offering us another day. Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, super nice host. Will stay there again next visit.

We had a good stay overall! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and Josh was incredibly accessible and helpful throughout our visit. He was quick to respond and handled any issues professionally, which we really appreciated.The house is in a very convenient and private location. It’s only about a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute walk to Circuit Ave. Just note that part of the walk doesn't have a sidewalk, so it's something to be mindful of.The house itself is comfortable, but there are a few things future renters might want to know. If you’re driving a low-clearance car, be careful with the driveway, as it could scrape the underside of your vehicle. Also, we had read in a previous review that the bed was quite low, and it definitely was, plus a bit creaky. The floors are also thin, so you can hear footsteps, movement, and voices from upstairs pretty clearly.We would’ve loved more natural light in the space, as it felt a bit dim during the day. When we first checked in, there was a cleanliness issue with the carpet, which seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was laundry left in the washer machine, and the garbage can was missing its lid (we didn't realize until later). Again, Josh handled the concerns quickly and professionally, which made a big difference.All in all, a good stay with a great host, just a few quirks to be aware of depending on your preferences and needs.
