Private Home and yard a block from the Lagoon in Oak Bluffs. Easy walk to quiet neighborhood beach. Brand new kitchen/bath. Covered Bluestone patio porch with bbq, Ebel Lounge Chairs/Outdoor table. Plenty of advice for exploring the island/fishing/biking/hiking/boating/dining. Outdoor shower. One mile from downtown Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. AC/Wifi/TV/Laundry/pingpong room/loft above living room with additional single bed. Additional 400sf bedroom/bathroom suite with private entrance can be added to booking to make it a 3bdr/3bath house. Private quiet location with plenty of parking. One mile from Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven ferries. 5 miles from Airport.

Quiet and peaceful location, but does require a car. Nicely updated house. The owner was very helpful in providing recommendations to enhance our visit.
