Situated in Lake Magdalene, this lovely house for $344 per night is a great option for your next trip. WELCOME TO LAKE MAG FARMS! Beautiful lake front farmhouse located in the heart of Carrollwood, FL and only short 15 minute drive to Downtown Tampa and many other attractions. When you stay at Lake Mag Farms you have access to a 3 acre property, which includes: Lake access to one of the few spring fed lakes in the Tampa Bay area. Perfect for bass fishing, stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, wake-surfing or water skiing. The house consist of 3 bedrooms w/ balconies, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room with views of the lake , an a outdoor screened patio area with a bar & lounge sitting, and a wrapped around porch with a gas grill and a coffee table with views to the open field. Wake up every morning looking at the lake from every room in the house and every afternoon enjoy stunning sunsets on your deck!!! In front of the main house there is parking for any size RV including a 50 amp and water hook up. No sewer hook up. In addition to the Main House the property has an additional Guest Barn House, available for add-on ONLY at an additional cost of $250 per night plus a $100 cleaning fee. The Guest Barn House add-on is only available to be added for the entire stay and not partial nights. The Barn House can accommodate your additional guest in a fully furnished, 1 bedroom 1 bath house with kitchen, dining room, large living room, balcony, built-in wet bar, ice maker, wine cooler and a patio area underneath bistro lights, a gas fire-pit, and a grill for lovely outdoor dinners with family and friends. The Farmhouse is a wonderful place to land in the middle of Tampa. A rare find….. it is so desirable with plenty of space, plus the lake with everything provided for fishing to kayaking. The house is wonderfully furnished and clean. I give an overall 5 stars and would love to stay there again. Just wish it had a washer/dryer and easier stair access. Still loved it! Thank you to our host! Donna and sister from Belize and Texas

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s not as private as I thought. Lots of visitors/traffic to this secluded property, including guests (strangers to us), staying in the barn even though the listing indicates that isn’t an option. We were not aware of this until after we checked in and were already on the property. Aside from that, amazing location. Close to everything we needed in Tampa but were able to get the lake house feel. No window coverings on first floor. Host was very responsive to questions.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this amazing home! The property was spotless and welcoming upon arrival. Everything was as expected or better. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and the kids loved exploring and running around. Owner was totally available and responsive to questions before and during our trip. This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at and I hope to return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Mag Farms! The house is welcoming and comfortable, and you can’t beat the sunset views of the lake! The property was perfect for letting the kids run around too. We hope to stay again soon :)

We had a great time here. The house has lots of light, the view of the lake is great and it's very charming at night with all the hanging lights outside. The owners were very helpful and courteous. There were some minor hiccups but they fixed them quickly. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this charming property. The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything we needed and the location couldn't have been more perfect for us (only 4 miles from my daughter's apartment). The house lies on a couple of acres, so it's very private. My kids had a blast with the paddleboards and kayaks. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. Definitely staying here again on future trips to Tampa.

This property is amazing! The host is very attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed watching sunsets each night just across the lake. Our kids couldn’t wait to fish on the dock each morning. We really loved our first family trip after my husband returned from his latest deployment.

Looks like Chip and Joanna Gaines were here!) What an incredible place to relax and re-connect with family. The Aunts/Uncles used the provided Kayaks to paddle in the lake. I brought my boat for lake tubing with the kids and docked it overnight during the stay (I personally live right down the road from this lake house). Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining/dinners/fire pit. Loved the chickens in the coop and scratching around the yard (owners even provided us with a few fresh eggs upon arrival!). Can't say enough great things!

Great property close to Tampa but quiet and relaxing
A very special property located on lake with abundant space to relax indoor and outside yet close to Tampa and other sites. Feels like you have gone back in time with elegant outdoor spaces and away from the daily cares of life. We used fire pit most nights and thoroughly enjoyed kayaks as well as ping pong and other outdoor fun. Our granddaughter loved being pushed around in pink car and visiting the chickens and hanging out on the dock. Host were very responsive and helpful with any needs. Hope to come back for a longer stay.

Great Location for Reunion
This visit was my second stay at the Lake Mag Farmhouse property. The barn apartment was a great addition. Based on the first stay, I book the property with five of my friends and had our class reunion there on the Saturday that we were there. Everyone loved it. My classmates had only great comments on the location, space, yard, house, apartment, and amenities. I will certainly return if my Florida visit include a stay in the Tampa area.

Wonderful Stay
We spent five days in this beautiful farmhouse to get away from the Boston weather. It was wonderfully clean and private. There was an amazing amount of wildlife, particularly birds on the lake and the amount of land is truly impressive. Everything is modern and updated and we had no issues during our stay. The few questions we did have, the owner was immediately responsive. As a fisherman I was impressed by the number of kayak and canoe choices. I caught a lot of Largemouth Bass during the stay and it is a beautiful clean quiet lake with a lot of wildlife and very little boat traffic, The outdoor seating, including rocking chairs and dining table on the porch as well as hammocks in the yard and seats around the fire pit really helped to make it a magical place. I really hope to return.
