Great location, very close to the main square.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful and the room was new and well maintained.
The hotel itself is lovely and designed with care.

Dramatic location within the walled city.
The breakfast was very good but there was no fresh fruit other than bananas.
The rooms were designated single rooms, and as such were small and inconvenient (e.g. several levels within the room, no view).
The town had an invasion of moths, and there were many inside the bedrooms, dining room, and facilities.
The rooms were not properly cleaned.
Parking was difficult. Public paid street parking. Hard to get a spot.
Inside the town walls which was convenient for sites and restaurants but a nightmare to drive and park.
