We had a really good experience at Ramada Sibiu. The location is central; you can easily walk to anything you want in the city center. The room was large, and breakfast was generous, with a bit of everything.
I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel. If I had to find one issue, it would be the air conditioning - it didn't work properly during our stay, and the room temperature didn't drop below 25°C even at night. That actually bothered me; I couldn't sleep well with that heat in the room.
The mattress and pillow were slightly above average, but they could have been better; nothing dramatic, though.
Other than that, I'd recommend it, especially for the location and breakfast.
