We had a marvelous room. We really enjoyed the modern furniture.

all in all OK

Location is central, hotel is new. A very big room, apartment actually.

There is no lift and no direct acces with the car. Parking in the street nearby. Old people with walking disability might have a problem

A Good Location!

This hotel was perfectly located near the Bridge of Lies. We had a small apartment on the second floor - the rooms were large! There are some nice feature for TV viewing and listening to music. The bathroom is especially nice and toiletries provided are very good. We were comfortable here for our 4 night stay. It's in a very convenient location for shopping and dining.

There is no elevator in this historic building. The stairs are steep and curving so it might be an issue with heavy luggage. The Ikea-style furniture isn't very comfortable and in some rooms awkwardly placed - a small coffee table in the main room would be nice.

Great Place

A very nicely equipped, modern hotel in a medieval setting! Located in the centre of town right on the square and 10 minutes walk from the railway station

Exceptional

I don't usually write reviews but I had to this time. My room here (22) was exceptional. Large for European standards, beautiful furniture, large bathroom, a nespresso machine, glassware (no paper cups here, thank you), a view of the church. Very clean. Accomodating, friendly staff. Quite lovely. 10 out of 10.

My mattress was ok, but not great.

The room was spacious but the facilities did not make good use of dimensions.

The place is more like an Air BnB than full service hotel. Reception is open for a very limited period of time. Also the hotel was very inflexible about check in time. They had written me to ask what time we were going to arrive. I took the trouble to reply to them advising that we would arrive at 14:30. We arrived at that time and the room wasn't ready yet. I wrote the hotel indicating that a simple gesture of goodwill for the disappointment and inconvenience could be to offer free breakfast or late check out but the hotel ignored both suggestions.

It’s been wonderful!

It’s beautiful and in an amazing location! Modern yet the original building is beautiful conserved. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and very relaxed stay.

Great choice

The hotel is located next to the bridge of liars. The room was recently renovated. The bed was very large and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Contact with the staff was very good. We arrived in Sibiu around midnight. We got detailed instructions on how to get to the room.

good location

the name and photos are misleading. from 11 photos first 9 are with renovated apartment. not all apartments are renovated. the old apartment is very unpleasant. it has old furniture, old bathroom and a lot of defective furniture.

Great stay

The rooms look good, with modern amenities like air filter, bluetooth speaker, big flat screen tv with Netflix and you can definitely chill on the comfy bed. :) The breakfast was good too, but for longer stays it will become boring because they only have 4 options. The staff was great, the cleaning lady really put in the effort to make us feel like home.

Everything excepting the staff was absolutely perfect !

Without to many details, the customer is not guilty for the fact that some employees did not came at work at the hour that they should. And the receptionist should have some Customer Service skills improved.
