I loved the look and feel of the place! While the sofa bed was only okay, the queen bed was amazingly soft and we had dishes and a mini fridge so we had convenience. Bathroom was lovely, shower was a little difficult to figure out, but we got there. I regret to say we didn't get a chance to try out the tub, but it looked fabulous! Patio was well taken care of and perfect for an early morning breakfast with plenty of chairs and shaded areas so you never had to worry about finding a place to sit. Air conditioning was left too high for my taste with no way to lower it to a cooler temperature, but I appreciated it none the less. And the location was absolutely perfect! In the middle of upper and lower downtown, with both the small market on Fridays and the big market a short walk away as well as two lovely early breakfast options.
Only thing I did not like about this place was that it was not really staffed. There was a desk where someone should be, but the only time we saw someone in our 4 days there was when we were having trouble paying (they do not have an option to pay ahead of time and I could not figure out the numbers they sent me) and the owner specifically sent someone down so they could collect payment. They did answer questions quickly and we eventually solved the problem, but it was fairly stressful and while I would stay here again, I can't give it full marks since that was a fairly large issue.

Room was perfect
Parking in the area is horrible. Sure it says free parking but that means it's a free for all at this location. Keep this in mind if you are elderly or handicapped.

Clean
Blocked/ defective gate. Miss matched entry keys. Couldn’t exit or enter one night without calling the management and knocking to another guest window to let us in.
