About this condo rental
Nestled in Seaside, this attractive condo for $550 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cleaning and Sanitizing Practices in Response to the Current Environment We have drastically expanded our sanitizing efforts. We are following all CDC, OHA recommendations and going above and beyond by implementing AHLA American Hotel Lodging Association -Stay Safe. The first change we made is the home has been treated with a preventive treatment (Preventx24/7). This drastically reduces the ability for germs and virus to adhere to surfaces in the first place. We are using EPA certified disinfectant as a primary surface cleaner. Lastly and the biggest change is the entire home will be sanitized upon exit of the cleaning staff, with the use of a professional cold fogger. This sanitizes all surfaces providing a much greater level of protection. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 bedroom 3 Bath condo, located at Whalers Point on the Seaside Bluff. This home has STUNNING oceanfront views of the Pacific Ocean including views of the cove in seaside, cape disappointment, rolling waves coming into miles of the sandy seaside beach, all while watching active surfers from a cat's perch view from above. During Whale watching season you can see whales spouting within yards of the shore line, not to mention the occasional dolphin, porpoise, seal, sea lion, or any number of seabirds. Wildlife in is abundance year round. The sunsets are stunning throughout all the seasons. Once it is dark, the night lights of seaside and fishing boats twinkle on the horizon as the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks below, envelope the true essence of the beach. This Condo is atop of the 3rd floor all on one level just steps from an elevator making this unit ADA accessible. The condo is well appointed with new furnishings, linens and comfortable beds. Extra touches of cozy throws and pillows to snuggle up in front of the fireplace whether that be in the great-room or Master Bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has spices and equipment to prepare gourmet meals. The true chef appreciates the upscale Kitchen Aid gas stove for even temperature cooking! If preparing a large meal over a Holiday weekend there is a second oven to aid in your preparation! There is formal dinning for 6 and Dishes for 8. The large kitchen counter is excellent for Buffet serving, quick snacks or breakfast. This location is ideal with the spectacular views, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade; but close enough to access by choice. It is a leisurely 1/2 mile walk to the beach through a lovely neighborhood before reaching the famous Seaside cove a known surfing destination! Out the front door is the Tillamook Trail head with the iconic hike (6.3 miles) to Indian Beach in Ecola State park .The terrain is rugged, gorgeous with filtered views through forest branches of the Pacific Ocean. This location allows you to visit many of the Northern Coast gems including many State Parks and Museums. Several Beach towns are close enough to make the short trip- Astoria, a quaint town with wonderful shops, craft breweries, museums- it is rich with history, Gerhardt which includes a 18 hole golf course and Cannon Beach, home of the famous Haystack Rock, a well known landmark. Things to do include a WIDE variety- hiking, surfing, golfing, horse back riding, biking, shopping, dinning, helicopter tours, Bi plane rides, kayaking, clamming (in-season) -Bumper cars, miniature golf, Carousel and many other carnival games at the Seaside Funland Arcade, zip-lining, Museum and State Park explorations. Some the best times are the leisurely walks on the expansive Seaside Beach (1/2 mile down the road) looking for perfect seashells and sand dollars or a stroll along the promenade. You may elect to just stay put in the condo and enjoy the spectacular views out the large windows of waves, surf, sand and city, or occasionally watching the resident bald eagle soaring below as it makes it way to its nest in neighboring trees of Tillamook Head. All the beach has to offer with a large selection of activities awaits you!!

We were three sisters and our husbands staying for just two nights while exploring the PNW. We were in awe of the view and the condo as we entered. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We hiked along the coast in Ecola state park which was beautiful! We would definitely recommend!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this condos that left us with a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views off the deck. The condo's location was simply perfect, nestled in a at the top of a hill with a scenic spot that offered a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
First and foremost, cleanliness is of utmost importance to me, and I was thrilled to find the condo impeccably maintained. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. Every nook and cranny was spotless.
Also, the amenities provided in the kitchen and throughout the condo were spot on.
Finally, the hiking trail right outside the property was fantastic and great way for our family to enjoy the Oregon outdoors.

For us themed tchotchkes often found in short term rentals are cheap, cutesy and off putting but not here. The framed wooden topographical map of the Tillamook Head trail is a nice touch. The trail head worth the walk is just outside the security gate. The giant sea clam shell on the hearth and the tic tax toe board with playing pieces of real sand dollars and starfish well I’ve never seen anything like that. The triptych that is hung on the living room wall is a beautiful panoramic photo of a near by beach but be sure to visit Indian Beach at low tide to see the best tide pools populated with sea anemones and star fish of all colors. The master bedroom has a swivel love seat that turns to face the fireplace or can swivel to view the sea through a large window that can be opened to let the sound of the waves in. The private bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate jacuzzi tub which you will definitely need if you walk any distance on the steep 7 mile Tillamook Trail! The kitchen as others have described has everything you will need. We made omelettes for breakfast in the stick free frying pans and for dinner one evening used the cast iron skillet and the oven to cook fresh salmon, the steamer for green beans and the microwave to heat mashed potatoes. It was the only thing we cooked because you know we were on vacation and Seaside has lots of restaurants check out Finn’s The hosts are kind and provide all the information needed. We had a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday. The accommodations were amazing--fabulous decor, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms and a STUNNING view! Highly recommend for more mature travelers--those with infants or toddlers may need to put some tchotchkes away.

This was one of my favorite places we have stayed. The condo was well laid out and the decor was relaxing….lots of blue. The view of the ocean was wonderful and we were able to spot several whales. The sunsets were incredible. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We were in town for Soccer in the Sand. This condo is beautiful, very clean, quiet and well appointed. The floor plan is amazing, it’s three quite private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. The view of the ocean from the edge of the cliff in this third-story condo is breathtaking. It is a little removed from downtown Seaside, so not necessarily walkable, but if I’m ever back in Seaside, I will definitely return.

Outstanding wide-sweeping ocean view from this Condo! We saw whales, sea lions, pelicans, and ofcourse surfers from the balcony. It was very peaceful as few other parties were at the condos when we were there. If you are interested in hiking, Tilamook Head Trail is right across the street! The condo was very comfortable and clean.

We had a great time at this property - it was in a quiet location with a great view and it came very well appointed. Lots of cooking items, coffee maker and the rooms were very comfortable. Really enjoyed using the BBQ while we were there, cooking some fresh fish & steaks. Owner was super fast answering our questions and great to work with. We would certainly stay here again!

While this property was not 100% ADA accessible, it served 90% of her needs. We were very pleased with everything about this property and have shared information about the property with family and friends.

The place was amazing! Excellent view, fully outfitted kitchen. Plenty of room for our large group to get together for meals and fun. We were very comfortable there and our stay was top notch. Highly recommend!

My family really loved our Christmas stay and none of us were ready to leave when it was time. Our stay was just amazing! Fantastic views although it was rainy most of the time we didn’t mind. The condo was very clean the beds were very comfortable, we wished we knew what kind of mattress was in the main bedroom we loved the comfort! Although, we didn’t really use the kitchen it was very well stocked. We hope to book this again! A perfect experience!
