The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is well located and public transport was closeby.
The bathroom was a bit small, but in average with all other hotels.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Kanazawa and the surrounding area. The staff was really nice and helpful, we appreciated the beverage service and the public bath. The room was comfortable and not too small

Really good hotel in the middle of Kanazawa and a short walk away from all the tourist spots. They have a nice small bath, the staff is really friendly and even got a massage organised for myself. Comfortable beds and nice big TV in the room, so was able to relax a bit in the room too. Lots of space for luggage on the floor. The lifts work really quickly and there were no queues.
The laundry dryers didn't really dry that well and are probably bit too small.

The hotel was located next to many attractions and you could walk to many of the main tourist locations. The staff was friendly and was able to hold our luggage as well. The room had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable.
The location was a bit far from the main train station and located in a busier part of town with some nightlife characters. The room was a bit small for 2 people with luggage.
