Fantastic location. Best part of town, near little rivers, and old town. Izakaya all around. Also had Netflix available.
No tea cups in room. But only found out they are in the cupboard at reception.

Friendly and helpful staff…. Amenities were available on main floor and the rooms were comfortable …. Laundry room was great and train stations were nearby. I had a happy stay here in Ginza

The hotel was located next to many attractions and you could walk to many of the main tourist locations. The staff was friendly and was able to hold our luggage as well. The room had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable.
The location was a bit far from the main train station and located in a busier part of town with some nightlife characters. The room was a bit small for 2 people with luggage.
