Ratings and reviews

Location is a little far from the station, but near lots of restaurants, shops, museums, and Kenrokuen. The public bath, including the outdoor rooftop, was fantastic! The breakfast had plenty of variety and was good quality. The room was typical APA small, but also typical APA clean with the essentials. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful.
"Didn't like" is a bit of an overstatement, but it was surprising to get a (thick) paper plate to use at breakfast. That was a first. But since the food was good, the style of plate didn't really matter.
