Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet considering there are several bars and/or restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Only complaint/suggestion we have is to cover the bathroom window. We used a trash bag so people or traffic on that side couldn’t see in. That isn’t a show stopper though. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Lots of little touches that made it feel like home. Washer was broken while we were there, but we'd definitely stay here again. Loved it.

We booked the wrong dates and tried to contact the property manager and to this day have not heard from them! This is not acceptable if you are running a business you need to be on top of things and communicate with your customers or at least have someone communicate for you. We wanted to try to change our dates but no one answered us so we had to make other arrangements at the last minute not happy at all.

This is the third time we stayed in this building. Twice in the same unit. We love the short walk to great places to eat and drink. I only have two small complaints. The hallway light is out and made the entry very dark. Without my phone flashlight I don’t know how we would have seen the key pad. The only other thing was that the bathroom waste basket was not emptied.

The property was not bad for the price, but the reviews were overrated. The place was very clean, appliances worked as expected, property provided ample parking and in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was extremely small and curb appeal could use some improvement. I'm guessing this place is rented as student housing for the neighboring colleges in the area.

This place was right in downtown winooski, there are lots of Ubers or lyfts to Burlington if you need. It was exactly as described. Thanks!

Cute little apartment located near Burlington, Middlebury, Shelbourne, Charlotte, Stowe and Montpellier. Nice little pub in town within walking distance.

The property was clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy because the locks use key codes, so there is no dealing with keys. If you are tall like me, you might have a problem with using the toilet without your knees touching the wall. Overall a great little apartment that is super convenient and much cheaper than staying in a Burlington area hotel.

This listing is completely accurate. It’s small, yes. It’s not *too* small though. There is adequate sleeping and showering accommodations, a nice seating area and a rather large kitchen. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The area is nice, walking distance to shops and restaurants and cafes.

This is a great little property in a quaint walkable area. The furnishings were comfortable and we loved that it had a smart TV. There is plenty of closet space and the kitchen/eat in area in quite large. Coffee pods and tea are provided but no other condiments such as salt or pepper, creamers or sugar. The only downside is the bathroom is VERY small and awkward to move in and out of. The shower water gets scalding hot so be careful. Two towels were provided, but no bath mat so the floor would be wet and slippery. There were a few folks across from the house that seemed mentally ill and would yell obscenities or talk to themselves when we walked to the car. Not sure if there was a home or they were just pedestrians. The property is easily accessible with a door code and the owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to going back.

Got in late at night. Toilet bowl cleaner laying on its side in a puddle. Bathroom and refrigerator had not been cleaned. Two bleach stained bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths. Blind was missing in the living area - no privacy - street level car light lit up the room at night. We contacted the owner and left as soon as we could pack our bags.

Despite a bathroom stool that was so close to the opposing wall that your knees banged into the wall when you used it, a bed covered in plastic that the sheets didn't fit, and a kitchen table near collapse the overall experience staying at this apartment was acceptable.
