Location

Broken toilet paper holder in master bathroom, couldn’t hardly get balcony door open from main living room, not sure how this was considered a 3 bedroom when the third bedroom only could fit a bed and a dresser. Couldn’t even place suitcase in the room. It was a terrible description of this room. There was sand in the beds before we even had a chance to get in them. I assume they were not cleaned. I will have to say although i liked the location, I probably will not book from you again. I have visited PCB 4 times prior and i have never stayed at a facility like this. Have a great day.

Rug in Living room very soiled. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 5 nights. We had to go out to buy more.

Ocean view was best feature

Pre-paid parking QR Code reader did not work upon arrival or checkout! Front door sticks, 1st bedroom & bathroom doos stick - hard to open. No Wifi, No cable. TV’s basically useless. Only saving grace was Netflix. Ceiling fans would not work without light on, so could not use fans at night. Master bathroom Faucet was installed backwards. Guessing game to regulate water. Some of bedroom dresser drawers were off the rails/broken. Had to supply own Toliet paper - 1 roll in each bathroom for 4 people staying in 3 bedrooms.
