Located in Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $441 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy your perfect beach vacation in this oceanfront 3 bed/3 bath home with private beach access in Topsail Beach, North Carolina! Nestled at the foot of the beach, this home offers splendid panoramic ocean views while you relax with friends and loved ones on the two-level covered decks. Located on the south end of Topsail Beach, our beaches are less crowded, extra wide and can be enjoyed all day during low and high tides! The home is a short walk to local attractions, park, dining, shopping and fishing pier! Chair lifts located inside the home offer assistance for guests who may have difficulties using stairs. Outdoor showers are conveniently located on the beach access and a fully enclosed outdoor shower is located at the carport. This north side of a duplex offers plenty of privacy with a private driveway, wet-weather entrance, covered decks & even your own private walkway to the beach. The carport accommodates up to 3 cars. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full private bathroom, for guest comfort and convenience! The home features 2 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. A fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while having a full view of the ocean. Coffee lovers have many options (french press/standard brew/keurig) to enjoy the perfect cup of java each morning while taking in the breathtaking views. The open-concept kitchen/living room area with step out to the outdoor deck is the perfect space to unwind with friends and family after a long day on the beach. The home has plenty of games and books to entertain. The spacious living area has been recently upgraded with luxury flooring and comfy seating for the whole family to enjoy! Beach chairs and toys are also provided for guest use. The first floor of this home is highlighted by the spacious king master suite with private bath on the oceanfront. Take advantage of your private access to the covered deck and enjoy a sunrise here to start your day! Also, on this floor is a bedroom with 4 twin beds, a full bath and a laundry room. A private and enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water will let you rinse off the salt and sand after a relaxing day at the beach. This Oceanfront home’s amenities include the following: central air/heat throughout with an oversized unit serving the upper floor to help keep things cool even on the hottest summer days, tv/entertainment in the living room and each bedroom, streaming video via Netflix, DVD players, digital high-def cable boxes, High Speed wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, covered carport and entry, indoor chairlifts (for guests with mobility issues) and 2 oceanfront sundeck/porch combos. Rents weekly during prime summer season (Saturday turn day) Off season- Sep-May has a minimum 3-4 night rental with check in/out available any day of the week. The home is pet- and smoke-free to accommodate guests with allergies and sensitivities.

This house has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our family especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning on the third story deck. Beatrice was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Been lucky enough to have stayed at this property a few times over the years. The house layout is good, location is great and love walking from the house straight onto the beach.

We had a great time on Topsail Island and this property was a big part of that. You can’t beat the easy beach access. Restaurants and shops are walkable on one side and a short drive the other. Thank you!

We booked a last minute vacation here and our weekend was perfect. The place was super cute and perfect for our family of 5. There were wonderful views of the ocean from every floor and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Outdoor shower was wonderful as well.

Absolute perfection for my husband, brother-in-law and I! From condo to beach, it served the 3 of us and we could not have been happier!
However for my aging mother there was a huge disappointment. The trek to the beach was not easy nor appropriate for my mom. We were thrilled to find a condo with a chair lift then disappointment struck as we saw the decking/steps did not extend out over the sea wall as it has in other places we've stayed on the island. It took both my husband and I, giving all we could give, to get her to and from the beach. She only went twice the whole week because it was so physically challenging for her. It broke my heart she made the 20 hour drive from Illinois and then only had her toes in the sand twice. The home's description did not indicate this aspect of the property, and the photos of the beach access are misleading.
If we return without her this home would be a definite repeat, it was lovely and everything we would want for ourselves in a beach house.

We had a lovely time in Topsail Beach and throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was comfortable in their space and the stair chairs were super helpful for our mobility impaired family member. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed. The property manager was helpful, informative, and responded quickly to any messages. On Thursdays Ii the summer, be sure to check out the Topsail craft market, just up the street.

I felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Our kids played in the ocean all day, followed by sunset walks. We thank Beatrice for opening up her home to us to stay. We absolutely loved in and will return in the future!

We were in town for a wedding in North TopSail. The house was everything as described in the listing. The location was excellent with beautifull views of the ocean and morning sunrises. The chair lifts were an awsome feature due some disabilities for one in our party. We would definately reserve this property again and highly recommend! Thank you to our host.

We always select the first part of October for our vacation for off season rates with plenty of sunshine and 70 degree weather. We had a senior with us and she was very grateful for the chairlift and not having to deal with as many chairs. Also walking out on the second floor to access the beach along the boardwalk was another plus for the senior, minimized her concern to enjoy possibly her last visit to the beach. Great house plenty of room for 4 or more people.

We left early due to hurricane Ian but enjoyed the beautiful house and beach for 3 days before the storm. Owner texted to be sure we were ok and promptly offered to refund our missed night

I feel like the pictures of the house were a little misleading. We left it cleaner than we found it. It has roaches. The location was beautiful. It was easy to check in. We did enjoy the stay.

The property appeared as it was in the pictures with no surprises. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The washer and dryer and chair lifts are a real plus. Beatrice immediately addressed all concerns. This home meets the needs of both the young and the old. For one week we felt we were in paradise and hope to return next year. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely home
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, great view of the ocean, plenty of space, lots of games, extra blankets, outdoor shower was wonderful. Only minor noticings: some dishes in the cabinet and the dining table were dirty, the water filter needed to be replaced on the fridge, the ice maker is incredibly slow, and couch cushion and a pillow had holes in them. Would be nice to have a larger couch in the living area. No major complaints and the owner was very friendly and communicative.

Great place for the family!!
First off I’d like to say that this place was awesome!! We had an amazing week overall. We did have an issue with the hot water tank one of the elements went out. We messaged the owner and she had a service call put in for the very next day (would have probably been the same day but it was the 4th of July). She was so nice and responded to our message quickly and made sure to get the issue resolved right away. The beach outside was NOT overcrowded like some of the other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and relax with the peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues they will be resolved in a timely manner with a super gracious host!!

Wonderful beach walks and hours on the covered decks. Very pleasant, well appointed kitchen and pleasant light living area with beachfront views. Would definitely stay again. Questions before our stay answered very quickly.

This beach house was perfect for our family. We really wanted an oceanfront house but didn’t want it to break the bank. This house was just that. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom and also cable TV! I enjoyed the view from the kitchen which made doing dishes much better. We always bring dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & laundry pods however, these were available if needed. I never expect homeowners to supply those things so I felt like that was more than generous. The walk out to the ocean was less than ideal just because of the distance and walking up and down dunes but I know the owner has no control over that. I would have also loved better parking. The drive way can hold three vehicles (two under the house one not) and the parking under the home is extremely snug. I drive a BIG suv (Ford excursion) so it was SO tight under the house and rather inconvenient having to move vehicles around if your car was blocking other cars needing to move. All in all, we had a great week and highly recommend this beach home.

Breathtaking view
We couldn’t have dreamed of a better beachouse for our first trip to Topsail! We can’t wait to come back! Being right on the beach with our own walkway was absolutely perfect!

I loved that there were two master bedrooms and that all three bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. The location was great! Just suggesting that there would be another set of plates and utensils for those of us that cook. I had to run the dishwasher twice a day sometimes just to have dinner ware for a later meal.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location with lots of fun things for kids to enjoy not to mention the beach. House was great for all nine of us . Kitchen well equipped for Grandmas cooking. Kids loved all the games to play. Room to be together or to have time alone.
