The location of Isaguirre's Pension House is perfect. It is near the beach and a few minutes walk from the busy area of Baler where the restaurants are situated. The staff was nice and very welcoming too! They have strong wifi for working as well.
The CR lock was broken but it was alright! Not an inconvenience for our part, though.

Very clean, the aircon gets cold fast which is perfect for the after beach activities. The water pressure in the bathroom is also good. Everything about the place accommodates our needs. Staffs are also friendly.
The wifi signal is slow but it is understandable.

The room is actually pretty big! I thought it would be too small for two people, but it’s fine!
They have free cold/hot water, tea, and they have a roof deck. The area is quiet and is away from the main resorts that does karaoke and loud music—which we liked because we sleep early. There are sari sari stores and small karinderia business out front for your toiletries.
They also provided a bar of soap and a sachet of shampoo.
Also! When I ran out of cash, they allowed me to cash out via gcash which I super appreciated because it’s so hard to find ATMs in Sabang.
The only thing that can be improved is the clogged drainage in the bathroom (there are two, near the showers and near the toilet) so it pooled a little bit when we rinsed. Very minor!

The place is clean, the location is south of just about everything you would want to do but it's within walking distance for fit people.
The staff lacked knowledge of the area we asked about restaurants and were given the wrong direction there are only 2 directions out the hotel left and right. We had 2 rooms both doors the key didn't work correctly you had to jiggle the handle to get it to work, when asked if they had a 2 key the answer was no. One roll of toilet paper for 4 people in a room. No breakfast only hot water. No extra towels. The staff was never at the front desk so you had to yell or beat on the counter to get their attention, why not put a bell?
