We offer two, almost identical condo style suites, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that are equipped with all the essentials and more! Downstairs: One bedroom with a queen bed One full bathroom, linens included Washer and dryer Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and range Dining area for 8 (table expands) Living room with couch and flatscreen TV WiFi, cable TV and radio included Upstairs: One bedroom with 2 full size beds One full bathroom, linens included Large walk in closet Outside: Private balcony for each Suite Views to the Sitka Channel Shared picnic table and BBQ area Why visit Sitka? Sitka is thought to be the most beautiful of the Southeast Alaska cities. Nestled on the west side of Baranof Island, it is flanked on the east by majestic snow-capped mountains, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Our climate is mild and we do get our fair share of "liquid sunshine"! Our most valuable resource is, without a doubt, the people of Sitka, who share a pride in their home and a love of life in all its small-town splendor! Boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, wildlife viewing, beach combing, historical exploration, shopping and dining on locally sourced food are just some of the great adventures you can have in Sitka.

The Katlian Street condo worked out great for our group, perfect location and all the essentials were provided. Very nice stay.

This home has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. It was very clean, the communication with our host Shannon was great, and the location was within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The view over the harbors, particularly from the deck, was very nice. I would definitely stay again!

This is a great VRBO! It has a beautiful view, is centrally located for easy walking to downtown, and had everything that you could need. They were very kind about letting us in early after our cruise instead of making us wait until 3 pm. I highly recommend this and will gladly stay there again...it's a 5 star!!

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. The host was gracious to let us stay late since our flight was not until the evening and they did not have guests coming in that same day. So generous. Everything we needed was right there at the property and the parking was very conveniently located onsite. Would rent here again for sure.

I have been coming to Sitka fishing for many years now and this is the best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and in great shape. Location is walking distance to everything. I have personally operated a vacation rental in Morro Bay California and know the difference when the owner does everything themselves opposed to using services for everything. Again Great Place. Hope to stay again next year..

Arrived on a charter boat after 12 days on the inside passage and had our daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter join us in Sitka for 4 days…Our stay was great with easy walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants for lunches…The Suite was perfect for our stay and would certainly recommend and will definitely stay again if we make it back to beautiful Sitka, Alaska!

Family Loving Sitka

Perfect spot for a Sitka getaway

Katlian Street Suite A was the perfect getaway location for our family, including children ages 13 and 11. The suite had everything we needed - three beds, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer.... all within an airy space with views of the boats and water. We only had to walk across the street to meet our fishing captain at ANB harbor. And it was a few minute walk to the center of town for shopping, restaurants and other sightseeing activities. This has been our favorite place to stay in Sitka and we hope to return next year!

Katlian Street Suite A was the perfect getaway location for our family, including children ages 13 and 11. Great place. Exactly as advertised. Only complaint and not the owner’s fault, is that the neighbors dogs bark a lot, especially at night.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years and it is consistently one of the best parts of our stay. The views are great, access to food and town couldn't be better and you get to smell Lidvig's cooking every night! Thanks again for yet another great experience!
