La ubicación del piso, el piso está en frente de la playa pero no tiene vistas al mar, le da la espalda a la playa; muy céntrico con supermercados, restaurantes y parking gratuito cerca. Tenía aire acondicionado en el salón y pingüinos en las habitaciones. La cocina muy equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios también había café, te, azúcar,sal, condimentos y aceite. Los vecinos muy tranquilos, sin ruido perfecto para descansar de un día entero de playa.
Que es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero eso ya lo pone en el anuncio y ya lo sabíamos. En el baño había un olor a alcantarilla de alguna bajante seguramente, pero con el ambientador y tener la puerta cerrada se pasa. La cama de la habitación que tenía tele para mí gusto era muy blandita, aunque pudimos descansar igualmente.

The apartment is clean, light and cosy – actually nicer in real life than it looks in the Booking photos. The kitchen is well equipped and we found all the basics we needed (salt, oil, coffee, sugar, etc.).
The air conditioning in every room was a big plus, especially with the heat outside. WiFi worked perfectly the whole time and we never had any issues. The terrace is quite nice, with a pleasant street view.
Location is excellent. The sea is literally just across the promenade – a one-minute walk – and the beach itself is great. There’s a supermarket Vidal right around the corner (not huge, but with a fair selection). Then next closest relatively big supermarket Carrefour Market is something like 14 minutes walk. There are a couple of fast-food restaurants nearby.
The apartment is on the 4th floor. For us that was completely fine, though it could be less convenient if you’re travelling with small children or elderly people.
Host Frank was very friendly and always replied quickly and helpfully. Check-in and check-out went smoothly without any problems.
In the bedrooms the freestanding air conditioners make some noise (but without them it would have been really hot). The shower pressure is a bit weak. These points weren’t critical for us.

Finca algo descuidada; el portero automático no funcionaba; chorro de la ducha irregular; vecinos muy ruidosos de madrugada en apartamento turístico de al lado; es un cuarto piso sin ascensor; los colchones muy blandos necesitan un cambio
