This property is wonderful. We have stayed there on multiple trips, this trip did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, and one of the main reasons we come back to this property. Convenient, very close to main beach access as well as the shops we like on Highway 101. The home is very comfortable with lots of space to relax on both levels, and having two kitchens is always a plus. Also, did I mention the views. Great trip, and we will definitely be back to this property.

Grandma's house. Wonderful view with nuance. Access to the beach is 3 houses south. This also provide access for auto's to drive on the beach between signs. The result is activities at times inconsistent with the joy of the view. Drivers doing cookies below the house and the the resultant noise. We even heard gun shots one night. We called the LC police department who listened and we contacted the Mayor who never called back. The unit is like an up and down duplex with kitchen and living room on both levels. Lots of pans and dishes and silverware.

We loved this place! Views are out of this world! The house was clean and well stocked - everything we could ask for and more!

We loved the location with kitchen and living room areas looking out to the ocean and it’s close proximity to the beach. Upon entering, we noticed a slight cigarette smoke smell. Even though it’s a non-smoking property someone previously obviously violated that. One of our group members is severely allergic to smoke. We let the management know immediately and they simply sprayed carpet in one bedroom. Our group had to split up and they had to stay at a hotel close by. We had no compensation or reimbursement even though I requested it twice.
