Beautiful property and perfect location in Cascais. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable and the view from our room was gorgeous. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had while visiting Portugal. We only stayed for four nights and we stayed in Lisbon for the other four nights and we wish we had stayed the entire time at Legasea Guest House.

Close proximity to town center. Most things walkable. The manager, Gabriella, was exceptional. Thoughtful and helpful, very nice personality.
Our “room” was essentially the attic space, so actually quite large, but with sharply sloping roof on both sides so could only stand up straight in the center. Hit my head getting out of bed because frankly I forgot about the roof being there. The bathroom had no mirror over the sink because of the sloping roof. There was a mirror five-six ft away, next to the toilet. Styling hair (the electric cord next to the sink was six ft long, but still!) and putting on make-up was an experience! Sorry, but the brown toilet paper was like sandpaper and there were no tissues in the place. Because it was an attic, the stairs leading up to the space were narrow and steep. Breakfast was OK - ordered off a menu, nicely prepared, but the flies were ever present because one ate outside on a patio with very rustic furniture. I would not call this place a four star, more like a three star. It’s charming, quaint, quirky, but not for the faint-of-heart.
