This is in a great location. Right on the main strip with restaurants & bars and a couple of minutes walk to three different beaches . We had the 4 bed room which had one double bed and two singles.
There were only two of us so we pushed the two singles together & had two doubles . The room was huge.
Good shower.
Air con was great . WiFi & TV . We didn’t use any of them but there was a kitchenette , kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave iron. Table & chairs for 4 .
Our host Pedro was great. He met us and helped us carry our bags up the stairs.Also let us have a slightly later checkout.
The booking agency were really helpful when we asked to extend our stay for another night.
Being picky there were a few bits of paint peeling & shower tile grout could be re-done but for what we paid it was really good value and didn’t put us off at all.
Pillows were not the most comfy.
There are a lot of stairs and no lift but this was not a problem for us and helped get the steps in. Might be harder if you have anyone with mobility issues.

The location is outstanding, the best thing about the property. Early check-in in was accommodated free of charge which was greatly appreciated.
The room is well worn and a bit grubby in places, doors, sockets etc. One side of the shower door was missing, I raised it with the host and nothing was done, it ended up soaking the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. Two bath towels were provided but no hand towels. Iron was broken, I raised this and a new one was provided the next day. The bin in the kitchen was broken. The bin in the bathroom was broken. The freezer door would not close fully as it hasn't been defrosted in a long time. Stain on the sofa. Also bring ear plugs if you're still going to stay. Walls are very thin. You can hear the front door to the property constantly closing as well as guests in other rooms. I wouldn't personally stay again. But if looking for somewhere for an overnight stay in the center of Cascais it's passable if you can overlook the above issues listed.
