Location and cleanness. Bed was very comfortable newly renovated luxury bathroom.

Check-in was chaotic. There was only one person checking people in, and there was a massive line-up of people waiting to check in. I arrived at 3:30PM which is the stated check-in time and was told that my room was NOT ready. I had to wait until 5PM before I could check in. I understand things can get busy, but you really need to assess the situation and if crowds are forming at front desk pull in the needed people to clear that as quickly as possible.
I was in a room on the fourth floor facing the street, and with a building right across, it created a wind tunnel, which basically blew all night and even moved the chairs and table on the balcony. Made for disruptive sleeping. Maybe the rooms facing the pool area are not affected by the wind tunnel effect.
