Nestled in Devils Lake, this attractive house for $355 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Sea-Esta This classic coastal beauty will become your favorite casual retreat once you’ve experienced the way its large windows and roomy deck put you in touch with the relaxing power of the Pacific. The vaulted ceiling of the living room brings in plenty of ocean light and refreshing views of waves crashing over offshore rocks. When the sun starts sinking in the west, transparent light-blocking shades will temper the glare without obstructing the view. Outdoors you’ll look over sea-grass and sand to the surf-line from the prow-like deck with side privacy panels to block the wind. Later you’ll relax on the deck and enjoy a meal and a glass of wine as the sun sets in all its glory. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds and the living room sleeper sofa folds out for extra guests. The fully equipped ocean-view kitchen has a dining table and large kitchen island that making eating in a pleasure. But you might be tempted to eat out with shopping, dining and the Chinook Winds Casino a five-minute drive away. It’s an easy walk to the nearest beach access, or get above it all with a walk up to the ridge above Roads End. For simplicity and ease, Sea-esta is a great way to make your coastal escape! Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what you want in a property: Location was perfect - quiet, clean, amazing views and beach access, and close to restaurants, shopping and casino. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets - Highly recommend!

Home was overall beautiful, clean and the beach view was amazing!! A few minor things: water in kitchen sink didn’t drain well, not sure if garbage disposal had an issue. Master shower had same issue, didn’t drain well. Master bed may need a new mattress, as it wasn’t the most comfortable bed but it was OK. Overall though, we had an excellent experience and would book again.

We loved every minute of our vacation! The setting was ideal-even though we had fog everyday! The house was clean and well- furnished. Location was ideal-my husband kept saying “we need to buy this and retire here”! We are looking forward to a return trip ! All your communications and instructions were greatly appreciated!

We Loved the location and enough space for 2 of us! The 5pm check in and 10 am check out should be reconsidered in future as the amount paying per night should at least have a noon checkout or 4 pm check in! The living room furniture chairs are super uncomfortable.. the master shower was built for a child .. super tiny! Overall we enjoyed walks on the beach and the location could not be beat! Thank you !

Great Family Vacation
We are from PHX, Az so when you can escape to Lincoln City on the beach in the summer and it is 65-70 degrees vs 115 it is an awesome time! The view is awesome, perfect proximity to everything, we hiked, did the beach, there is a casino near by, lots to do Here in Lincoln City, Or we had an amazing time. Management was great also, they brought us gas for the grill and anything we needed. Overall great stay! We Will be back!

The pros of this house include its wall of windows to the beach, expansive deck for ocean watching, beach access is only one house away, and it’s obviously been remodeled fairly recently. You really cannot beat the views from this location. The kitchen as well-stocked with the basics for cooking and eating from home. The large dining table makes it easy for everyone to have a beach view while dining. The downsides are that the beds are profoundly uncomfortable - old, no padding, stained (ew) - and the pillows are flat and sad. There aren’t enough washcloths in the bathrooms for guests (though there are plenty of bath towels) nor are there any hot pads/oven mitts for the oven in the kitchen. The lighting throughout the house has LED bulbs that cast a very harsh light. The property management would do well to Invest in some soft white LEDs and re-aim the fixture over the kitchen island so the light actually hits the island. Overall, the house is very good and the beach access and beach views can’t be beat but bring something to pad the beds with as well as your own pillows. FYI - the virtual tour was before the remodel.

We really enjoyed staying here. The best parts for us were the ocean view from inside the house and off the porch and how easily accessible the beach was. Parking our van in the driveway was a little tricky. The house was fairly clean when we checked in just a few minor things (the island had some dirt on it and their was hair in the bathroom shower).

Fantastic view
We loved the view at this property! We stayed the beginning of March and rained most of the time so our favorite spot were the chairs in front of the window watching the waves. House was well stocked. The bed in the Master Bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could use some new pillows. The shower head was also very low in the master shower. I am 5’10 and my husband is 6’. Other than that, we had a fantastic time. Beach access was easy. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Upgrades to property were very nice. Grocery store was right up the street as well as the casino. (Walking distance) Also, the lady we spoke to at Meridith Lodging was extremely friendly and kind. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a fantastic time. We would definitely stay at this property again if we ever go back to Lincoln City
