About this house rental
Situated in Devils Lake, this attractive house for $439 per night is a great option for your next trip. The Jetty Avenue Cottage is a special place for adults. No kids please. It's On the beach , a 1946 brick oceanfront gem within walking distance to Chinook Winds Casino. The cottage features stairs directly to the famed Lincoln City beach, showcasing some of the best views in the area for whale watching, kite flying, and beach combing! The house is comfortably furnished and we provide linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper products. Our newly remodeled beautiful kitchen is well-equipped; the custom fir cabinets, new appliances, and stunning blue quartzite countertops make the space a delight to view and use. Other updates include oak flooring, brand new bathroom with raindrop shower and soaking tub, an outdoor fire pit with comfortable chairs and a picnic table. If indoors is your choice of the day, we have board games and wifi as well as TV in each of the bedrooms and living room including Netflix and Roku. Living room has a 42" Please No single night gaps July and August or Spring Break.

Great getaway home with all the amenities. There are a lot of family photos everywhere, so that is a little awkward. Also took a while to find the thermostat for the heat, it is behind the TV in the living room. Beautiful view of the ocean and great beach access.

Great house, very much in keeping with the photos provided. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Clean and it had everything we needed with regards to utensils, blankets and so forth. Had to call the property manager when we arrived (to locate the thermostat) and got immediate response. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect for a mom and daughter trip to the coast. The location was amazing and absolutely loved low tide to walk out to the rocks and see the colorful starfish. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds and it was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen fit our needs as well as we cooked dinner one night and had some lunches and breakfasts. I will end by saying that nothing compared to the swivel chairs in front of the window where we sat every day to enjoy the amazing views!

Fantastic view! Super clean. Modern updated appliances. Remodeled bathroom that is very updated. Very comfortable bed. Cozy fireplace, the draft rattles loudly when the wind blows hard. This is a very comfortable and well appointed cottage for a couple or small family. The garage was inaccessible, don't know if that was by design. You should be aware that there are no brooms or vacuum cleaners. Kind of strange that there are many many pictures of the owners family on the walls,mantle and refrigerator. Overall, a very nice cottage with an awesome view.

House was very nice very clean and supplied with plenty of kitchen amenities. The view is amazing and private beach access great. All rental requirements were explained up front and easy to understand check in and out was super easy. I have already recommended this place to friends. I will definitely be back

We were very impressed with the cottage. The only down side was the location of the bathrooms. Bedrooms were on one side of the house and the bathrooms on the other side. As I said, that’s the only downside, but definitely is not a problem. We’ve vacationed in many condos and cabins and this rental tops them all. No cobwebs and no burnt out lightbulbs.

The house was above the beach with a long. steep staircase leading down to the sand. You could hear the waves from every room with the windows open and the lovely breeze blowing through the house.There are electric sideboard heaters, but no AC. The kitchen was well equipped. The 1 1/2 baths were back to back across the living room from the bedrooms --- I had expected at least the 1/2 bath to be attached to the master bedroom. The only things that could have made my stay better would have been (1) A headboard for the queen bed and (2) A grill for cooking outside.

My sister-in-law, her husband, and my wife and I are all in our late 60's. We we stayed 5 days to attend a living memorial for a family member. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, as long as you carefully read the rules as they are very strict. We had a couple of problems, however the manager(s) were nice and worked with us after some tense moments.

We arrived late, was very dark, the lamps available at the entrance both did not work, it was not very welcoming to arrived tired and late to a new place trying to find a light source, my sweet husband was exhausted still went to the store to purchase lightbulbs, one lamp only needed a new light bulb while the other was not receiving electricity, the GIF was not resetting, we moved the lamp to another location and worked. The property manager was notified and responded quickly, even though we took care of it. After a good night rest we truly had a great time, location location location, doesn’t get any better than that, the fireplace a true blessing during chilly nights, I am in love with the bathroom, done beautifully, the half bathroom is very nice. The kitchen was great too and the swivel chairs our favorites, just perfect to enjoy the magnificent view, we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately that was not possible. I will love to visit again.

This is a beautiful location and could be perfect for many. We both felt uneasy due to the many personal family pictures on walls, in curio and even on refrigerator. Combined with the heavy bedding and outdated decor, it felt more like we were intruding on a Grandparent’s home and memories than a beach getaway of our own. I feel bad about this review because it wouldn’t take much for this place to be spectacular.

Amazing cottage, meticulously clean and professionally decorated in a craftsman style that made it feel homey and very comfortable. The entire house has been beautifully updated. Well stocked kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers and a toaster oven. King bed was very firm but really comfortable. The ocean view is incredible with beach access stairway just steps away. The location is perfect and close to excellent restaurants, Safeway and the casino. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! It was a cozy house with amazing views. Got to spend lots of time at the beach flying kites, going on walks, and checking out the starfish at low tide. Enjoyed making meals and having game nights as we watched the sun set. The house was clean and had just what we needed. We will definitely be coming back again!

This is an amazing little cottage with beach access, a nice, landscaped yard, and beautiful ocean views. Communication was easy and the couple of questions I had were answered promptly. It's a nice area to walk the beach, the neighborhood, or even to the casino if that's your thing. The cottage is well stocked with everything you might need and is incredibly well maintained. My goal was some quiet down time, but I did manage to get to the aquarium, Depot Bay, Yaquina Head, and Cobble beach. They were all within easy driving distance and all recommended. Otter Crest Loop was closed when I was there but I hear it's worth the drive. If you like saltwater taffy, pick some up in Depot Bay...it's delicious. All in all, this cottage didn't disappoint, and I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures in the property listing were wonderful and when we arrived it was sunny and the views were amazing. Comfortable couch, beds, and chairs in front of the windows, kitchen with everything we needed and more. One of our favorites besides the view was the rainshower showerhead. This cottage is close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We have stayed in many great homes in Lincoln City, this is our favorite!
