We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Very steep driveway up to home. Walked into the home and found water on the floor in front of non-working refrigerator, musty smell in basement, no a/c (Sent message to host a week before asking about a/c - no response until rental week was basically over) - home did not meet expectations of the home as represented in its photos on line. Did not feel comfortable walking on the wood deck. It is accurately stated that the ocean view is beautiful. Tried to call both host and the company - no answer to phone number that is supposed to be 24/7. We packed up our perishable food, suitcases, locked the door and left. Drove into Lincoln City and rented hotel accommodations for our week vacation. We are requesting some rebate from our full payment made in advance but to date no luck. We left phone messages for host and VRBO telling them we left the property and would not be returning.

This is a very cozy, family friendly, spacious home with amazing ocean views! No need to pay for whale watching as you can do it from the second or third deck. The home is close to shopping, restaurants, and beach access. It has the best bar in town. Make your own drinks, open the garage door, play pool and ping pong with beautiful ocean views. Recommendations; bring extra paper towels, Clorox wipes, Ziploc bags, salt and pepper etc (basics). The home was well stopped with towels, linens etc. The refrigerator did leak a lot and I spoke with management about it. We put a towel down as there were a few near slip misses but then the towel became a trip hazard. Over all a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The only issue we had was in asking if we could check in at 2 instead of 4 we were told yes twice that it wasn’t a problem as long as housekeeping was finished. We had to call back about 3 minutes later to leave a phone number we were told that we could not check in early. It was just frustrating to be told yes and then suddenly we were told no.

Beautiful view out of the living room and kitchen windows. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, utensils, silverware, etc.. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Fireplace kept everyone plenty warm on all levels

This house is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed our time there. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the internet was SUPER slow! That was the ONLY issue though. The house was very clean and comfy!

The perfect family home
We have 4 kids and this home was perfect for the 6 of us. We all enjoyed the game room downstairs. Good luck beating my high score on pinball; I think 88 million should stand the test of time.

Very nice property with lots to do.
Very new and clean. Lots of game machines and tvs. Plenty of open space. The beds were very nice. Only complaint is parking. There really is only room for 5 if you cram in. We will be trying to stay here again.

Due to spotty wi-fi/internet this would not be a great location for extended rental to do virtual work (for those of us working from home or doing school work). A few things for this trip that are not necessarily owner-related: the recreation room downstairs really smelled of cigarette smoke; it's clear someone was smoking in there despite rules. Also it would have been great if there had been at least a few coffee filters available for the first day or two. We will definitely consider this again for vacation.

We were surprised to find no coffee filters, a broken DVD player, broken Pac-Man game and a leaking fridge. The house had to be aired out as it smelled very musty and the garage smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. I felt like we had privacy from the neighbors, and sitting on the deck was great. The back area, by the front door has not been groomed or cared for, it looks overgrown and had cigarette butts ok the front steps do welcome us.

Great view
Nice property. 4th bedroom is futon in garage, other bedrooms are fine. Expansive view of beach at roads end is best thing about property. Entrance is behind house, and was challenging at night with the stairs and walkway being dark; bring a flashlight. Game room in garage was great for the family.

Family Beach Christmas
Rented for a family Christmas beach getaway. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is super clean and nice sized bedrooms. The views were gorgeous, and we lucked out with nice weather so we got to see a few whale spouts. The game room was perfect for family fun in the evenings. The only downside was the outside property had a lot of fallen branches and the stairs and the paths were super slick, so my parents had difficulty walking the main paths to get into the house so we used the downstairs garage most of the time, to get in/out of the house.

Great accommodations
Our stay was just perfect! The pictures online did not do justice to the residence. The view was spectacular, the facility was well stocked with all amenities, and the game room was a favorite of everyone. My only complaint [and it is a minor one] is the lack of wash cloths in the bathrooms. We would highly recommend this facility and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Extremely uncomfortable bed in the basement bedroom.
We chose this property because we needed 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds in all rooms. The basement bedroom had a sofa bed that was sagging down to the springs when opened. My son had to sleep extremely uncomfortably the 3 nights we were there spoiling the whole experience. The upstairs bedroom has no ceiling fan and no other fans were provided making it too warm and uncomfortable till it cooled down late in the night.
The property has a very good location and good views. We could walk to the beach. The discomfort in sleeping made the whole experience less than perfect.

House is lovely and we had a great stayed. Al was supposed to be good until you forget the only shoes you can wear due to being 34 weeks pregnant . I reported them that I left them at the property and I being calling and their office keeps telling me they are going to call me that same day and today is Wednesday and I haven't heard from them. Wouldn't be such a big deal if I can just go buy them at the site but I had to order them online and they take time and again those are the only shoes I can wear to be outside. Please don't tell me you're going to call me if you are not or can't....

Great home with even better views of the pacific ocean! Pictures represented the home nicely and didn't disappoint. Only recommendation/consideration - fully equipped kitchen did not include salt, paper, oil, plastic wrap, tupperware, etc. No laundry soap was available in the home, which mostly likely could have been resolved if we call the management company. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely consider renting again!

You wake up each morning looking at,and hearing the waves crashing into a perfect, clean beach! The 2 decks both have amazing views, the furniture is very comfortable, and the game room was a hit with my 5 teen/adult kids! The pics are great, but seeing it in person was just amazing! Love the city, location, and especially the weather (we are from Arizona) would totally go there again!
