Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room. Nice wellness area. Very close to the zoo and waterpark, both are in walking distance.

The hotel is situated in the Sóstó park area of the city, very close to most of the important sights there - the zoo, waterpark, lakes and the open-air museum are all well within walking distance. The breakfast is your typical continental one, but there's ample selection of all the things. The room has a lovely decor - all green and brown, just like the forest around it. There is a playroom for the kids upstairs.
Only two things come to mind: a lot of the toys in the playroom upstairs were broken/parts missing; when I asked for a coffee at the bar, the lady brought me a cup from inside from the Nescafe machine instead of using the proper espresso - which they have sitting right there. It wasn't bad, but I was a little disappointed.

It was in a good location. Decent size room although nothing fancy. Decent breakfast.
No aircondtitioning although they claim they have when temperature was 35 degree Celsius outside. Just air circulation. Narrow, squealing beds.
