The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were exactly as described and made for a very relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.
The bathroom had no ventilation, and the air conditioning could only be controlled from the reception, which was inconvenient, especially at night.

The rooms were clean, food was really delicious (breakfasts). Location is really good and close to the main parts of the city center. The hotel itself is small and tidy, there's really nice sauna and small swimming pool.
Staff was rather unsympathetic and made impression that they don't want to help or assist you in any way at all. There was no possibility to change AC in the room (change temp, intensity or turn on/off) at all which was quite confusing. The safe and bathtub drain were broken (one couldn't fill the bathtub with the water, it poured into the drain). In the room with double bed, the bed was just two single beds put together, which was uncomfortable - they drifted apart easily and there was large gap creating during sleep between them.
