Situated in McCormick Ranch, this attractive house for $397 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. McCormick Ranch, Santa Fe subdivision. Recent, and complete renovation from top to bottom with two master suites. This townhouse features 2000 sq. ft. of exquisite design details. The townhouse is a single level, no interior steps or sunk-in rooms. There is a private courtyard in the back. Slider doors to access it from the master, living room and breakfast nook. Conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The reasons to love this community and location are numerous. Many favorites include, the short one block stroll to the beautiful community pool, spa and work out room, along with 30 miles of paved multi-use paths with the best views in Scottsdale. Just up the road Butters for breakfast or lunch, a short walk to Starbucks, Walgreens and numerous other shops and restaurants. So close to spring training baseball, casinos, aquarium, butterfly museum, IFLY, and all of the entertainment and restaurants that Scottsdale has to offer. The property welcomes you with a spacious foyer, including beautiful limestone flooring. This area features a custom built in window seat for two, with the skylight being your window. It is a perfect place to read a book while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine, or perhaps a nap. The kitchen area has been opened up, with a soaring skylight, custom concrete countertops, and island featuring a farm sink and seating for four, adjacent is a dining area for six. Outside in the courtyard you will find a dining table, BBQ and plush seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. The lounge area is complete with a wet bar and seating seating for four. It includes a built in coffee maker (This unit is plumbed and filtered, all you have to do is add coffee and press brew. No need to add water). If you prefer there is also a "Keurig" coffee maker available. This is perfect area for relaxing in the morning or playing games or cards in the evening. A spacious family room, with a large sectional, and two comfortable chairs, a fireplace, 65” flat screen TV, Bluetooth surround sound, Blu-ray/ DVD player, direct TV and Wi-Fi Internet. Both of the master suites feature new luxury Saatva king size mattresses and luxury bedding with 40” flat screen TV’s and direct TV. One master suite hosts an alcove window with seating area. The bathroom offers a double vanity, amazing 3/4 inch plumbed walk in curbless shower with a seat, two showerheads and three body jets to enjoy. The second master suite includes two separate vanities, a beautiful curbless walk in shower with seat and three shower heads. If a bath is more your preferance, this suite also offers a freestanding soaking tub, with a skylight directly overhead so you can stargaze. The very spacious suite also features a seating area to read or relax. If you must do some work while on vacation, there is an additional office area with shelving and a desk. If two people need a work area, the armoire also opens up into a desk area. This addition is rare in Santa Fe townhome and is a bonus for a winter stay. The home is light and bright during the day and wonderfully lit at night. There are eight skylights throughout the home to bring in the daylight. In addition there are motion sensor accent lights in the kitchen and bar area, that magically come on as you enter the rooms. You will also enjoy the two-car garage with direct access to the home and an indoor laundry room with a brand new front loading full size washer and steam dryer. We have been using vrbo services to find quality locations to rent for several years now and THIS rental was, by far, one of our MOST favorite to stay in! The home owner, Heidi, was PHENOMENAL! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and delivered a very detailed tour of the home, explaining many of the wonderful comforts that came with it. We booked for a two month stay and truly would have only needed to bring our clothes to settle in, as EVERYTHING was provided. 😊 One of the most "relaxing" stays in Arizona for us because Heidi made certain anything you might "need" was there....and then some extras to boot! We're already looking forward to returning and CERTAINLY will be recommending this location to any/all who may be looking for a delightful stay in Scottsdale!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in Scottsdale in Heidi's home! She made us feel welcome even before we arrived with so many helpful emails and genuine excitement for our stay. I literally cannot think of a single thing she didn't do for us to help us settle in quickly and easily. The home was as nice in person as it appears in the photos and is in such a great location in Scottsdale. We could get to almost everything we wanted to see and do within 15-20 minutes! Heidi made sure we had all the basic supplies we needed throughout our time and topped them up if we asked. We loved the comfy sheets on the beds, and the luxurious towels in the bathrooms. The cozy throws throughout the house were a lovely touch too, on the chilly mornings! I regularly reached out to Heidi for ideas of what to do in the area, where to eat, etc and she always answered right away with such amazing ideas. She is one of the kindest, nicest hosts we have ever had the pleasure to meet! If you get a chance to stay in Heidi's lovely home one day, you won't regret it! Thank you Heidi for everything!!

A perfect month in Arizona!
Our stay in Arizona was perfect in every way because of this great property! The location is walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, plus the walking and bike path are just steps away. The accommodations were excellent in every way!
Very clean (always my number one!). High end linens, towels and comfortable beds. The owner has everything well stocked and has supplied so many nice touches! The lovely kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals plus there’s a great grill with outdoor dining space. We spent so much time outside: morning coffee on the patio, afternoons at the pool, walks and bike rides. You can have a great vacation without leaving the property! The McCormick Ranch location is central to so many things. Shopping, hiking, and golf are just short drives away.
Both the owner and the property are exceptional! Thank You Heidi for the great month in Arizona, we can’t wait to come back!

I kept reading reviews that Heidi had thought of everything. Actually, she thought of things that caught us saying “we need to do this at our house”! True top level finishes and appointments made our stay so comfortable. We will definitely call on Heidi again..thanks for truly caring.

Perfect retreat for any occasion
I simply don’t even know where to start. Heidi is the best part of the experience And that is saying a lot because the home is absolutely immaculate and second to none .
Not only was I in the lap of luxury surrounded by only the best but Heidi thought of everything I could think of any more. As soon as I would think oh I forgot to bring… Or I’d have to run up to the store to grab… Turn around and there it was.
I appreciate things like candles being pre-lit so that way I know I’m allowed to use them, The home being stocked with complete entertainment needs and stocked coffee bar, Premium linens, car wash showers .. Most importantly it felt like home so if you’re looking for a luxury get away or used to the finest this is definitely your home away from home.

Best VRBO Host Ever!
We came to Scottsdale to celebrate a birthday and go to a Cardinals football game. The house exceeded all of our expectations. Every single detail! And if that weren’t enough alone, Heidi went way over and above to welcome us and accommodate our requests. We have already booked a return visit and look forward to many more!

I continued to rent other five star properties and continued to be disappointed. Once you’ve stayed here you’ll never be happy anywhere else. It’s worth every penny and if you’re looking for a Four Season’s vacation you need to stay here. I ended up being able to book for my last week. It was the best feeling returning after so many disappointments.

Truly exquisite
Fantastic experience. The home is exactly as described. The area is ideal with great restaurants and golf nearby. Heidi and Craig were great to work with and made us feel very welcome. It truly makes a difference dealing directly with an owner and not a property manager. The house is gorgeous. The bedding, towels and linens are 5 star hotel quality. The kitchen is very well equipped. By far the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in.

Upscale luxury
The property has been remodeled and decorated by owners Craig and Heidi. In person the -property looks like just the photos. First Craig walked us through the home personally. We were delighted to find a bountiful gift basket. This upscale house comes with many extras: wine refrigerator, lights come on automatically when you come in the kitchen, gourmet kitchen washer and steam dryer. Showers are upscale with multiple shower heads. You can also heat the shower room. The bedding is upscale, and the beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Different types of pillows and bedding are offered as well. Bath towers are very plush. Do you get cold sitting around reading a book or TV – no worries here, they have many blankets to keep you warm. The home is well stocked with bandages, Ziploc bags, tissues, cleaners, paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, close hampers, and laundry detergent. Want to enjoy the community pool, no problem. There are four pool towels in a tote you can take to the pool, which is just down the block. Or maybe you want to wear one of the provided posh bathrobes. This is the first property where there were adequate hangers for the closets. There are 4 bicycles available to ride around the area or the trails. All of these special touches are so appreciated in this luxurious 5+ plus property. The décor is stunning. We will definitely be back here to stay again.

Awesome accomodations!
Craig, the property owner, met me at the address and was super to 'work' with. The house was better than getting a suite at a 5 star luxury hotel and more than 1/2 the cost (at least). I was amazed of all of the details the owner thought of that made my week at the house as (or more) comfortable than home!

We were extremely happy with this condo and hope to return next year. Everything promised and pictured was true and even better than expected. The host and hostess were helpful and always available. The property is very upscale and completely fitted with everything needed. The remodel done recently was way over the top with luxury and amenities which we did not expect. It could not have been better.

Perfect vacation in Scottsdale
We had the good fortune of being guests of Craig and Heidi. The property was beautifully decorated and Craig and Heidi met us upon arrival to greet us and show us around. There was a wonderful arrival gift for us and they couldn't have been more helpful to show us some favorite restaurants, bike paths, etc. The home is near everything in Scottsdale. They have bicycles for use and there are 26 miles of paved walkway throughout the community to ride, walk or run. We look forward to returning!

Great location close to a beautiful walking green belt along the water. Easy access to the swimming pool. So beautifully and tastefully furnished it is hard to imagine the unit is a rental. Every need is considered, including bicycles and pool towels. The owners are quick to respond to questions prior to rental. There is a beautiful back patio with table and chairs and comfortable lounging chairs. This is probably the nicest VRBO we have rented in over 10 years of using the site. We will be back!

Spectacular Property
Amazing property with impeccable attention to detail. Newly renovated, beautiful decor and surprising extras for guests. Heidi and Craig know what hospitality is and make sure their guests are well taken care of. Our family spent Christmas week in Arizona at this amazing property and were blown away by the level of detail and convenience. Great location, bikes available, walking paths, close to great restaurants and shopping and wonderfully appointed home. Heidi had the table set for our Christmas dinner, provided a welcome basket full of goodies, muffins and danishes awaiting our arrival and much more. Games and books, cozy bath robes, bubble bath and bath bombs and all the “little” things that aren’t so little if you forgot to pack them. We didn’t have to worry with paper products and the kitchen is well stocked with high end cookware. I must say this property far exceeded my expectations and I will be back soon. Thanks Craig and Heidi, you are amazing and have a lovely property which we are so grateful you shared with our family.

Perfect!
I have lost count of how many places we have rented for getaways and this one is the nicest ones hands down! Nothing has been overlooked and the house is super clean and well stocked with everything you can think of. So close to everything Aj's market just minutes away one of our favorite restaurants The Vig is a short walk away and they left us a gift card in the welcome basket filled with goodies. Craig was available for any questions and Heidi even set the table for Thanksgiving dinner for us. Outstanding!

They care about quality and a first class, five star experience for their guest. Since I was there for a three month stay I had a great deal of time to grade this home as exceptional. The owners care about every detail and are aways available, without delay, to offer assistance. The location is perfect to experience all areas of Phoenix, Scottsdale and really ideal for day trips to most areas in Arizona. What a perfect and wonderful home!

The pictures do not lie. The home is immaculate and has been designed to make everything easy and the quality of the finish is superb. We were greeted by Heidi and Craig at the beginning of our weeks stay and they explained everything in detail . We marveled at the thoughtful touches that abound.
