Conveniently located near Hayden and Indian Bend, this peaceful and relaxing condo is surrounded by orange trees, grapefruit trees, mature vegetation, and Feng Shui design principles in mind. This quiet community is surrounded by award-winning golf courses, plentiful walking and bicycling paths, close to baseball Spring Training, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, casinos, and fine dining. World-Class shopping is found up and down Scottsdale Road from Old Town Scottsdale to Fashion Square to Kierland Commons. This location is in the center of it all. Step inside the ground-level suite and you will find a relaxing living room with fireplace, dining room with table that expands to seat 8, full yet compact kitchen, and peaceful den with a fold-out sofa couch. The living room and dining room both access through the patio, which is half-covered for shade lovers, and half open for sun worshipers. The views of the water, mature golf course, and Camelback Mountain are priceless. The Master Bedroom also opens onto the patio, boasts mission-style furniture, King size bed, and combo tub/shower. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds and access to an updated bathroom with a seated shower. There is a 2-car garage, high-speed WiFi, 2 Hi-DEF flat screens, 2 blue-ray players, cable subscription, in-unit washer and dryer. Your Oasis awaits you!! Casago House Rules **Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.** ~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer. ~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. **Minimum stay is 30 nights** TPT License # 21439384

With less than 24 hours to check in we received a text message from the property manager (when we were already traveling to this property) that the host could "no longer accommodate us." No explanation. In all my years renting from VRBO this has NEVER happened. We had to scramble, while driving, to secure another property which added undo stress to what was supposed to be a wonderful getaway. The manager, once reached, offered us another property for $600 more and then backed off on that request when I voiced my anger. In addition, we did not receive our funds back for 7 days. So we were expected to pay for a new place while the funds on this cancelled property were held. Thank goodness we were able to book a wonderful alternative. But be warned about this owner. Totally unacceptable!
