Remodeled, fully equipped kitchen features top of the line appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for 2, dining area with seating for 5, living room, two bedrooms ( Beachside bedroom has king and Gardenside bedroom has a king and a twin in alcove ) each with remodeled en suite full bathrooms, split unit air conditioners, washer & dryer, cable tv, wireless internet, phone, ring doorbell, Sony docking station, small safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach towels, cooler, sand toys and more. All within a gated community. Unwind on the balcony off the living room or beachside bedroom, listen to the ocean while gazing at Cowpet Bay and views of islands further out in the Caribbean Sea. Head out the front door and your toes are in the warm sand and water within seconds, swim, snorkel or just relax on the beach under a palm or grape tree reading a book, tanning or taking a nap on a lounge chair. Book a day sail, rent a kayak or paddle board from the hut on the beach. Picturesque pool and hot tub right behind the beach to our condos left with a pool bar. Two great restaurants Caribbean Fish Market (Dinner and Sunday Brunch) or Sangrias (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). We are right next to the Ritz with additional Restaurants, shops and excursions. Red Hook is a 5 minute ride, enjoy shopping, dinning at 12+ restaurants and bars. Take a ferry to St. John U.S.V.I., or if you have your passport Jost Van Dyke or Tortolla B.V.I. for more beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. Our condo in St Thomas's East End on Cowpet Bay West is truly in Paradise with endless opportunities for the greatest vacation of a lifetime. 5 day minimum stay and accommodates up to 5 people. Bob and Pat were great hosts. They contacted us early and more than once to make sure we had info to get into the property and directions how to do so. The unit is very lovely and has great views of the water and direct access to the beach and nearby restaurant. It is a gated facility and parking is right by the unit. The pool is very pretty and large with hot tub and very clean. The unit was very clean and stocked full of anything you could want. It has been the most stocked vrbo we've stayed in and we even own one and this has more stuff than we offer:) There were so many bath and beach towels, soap, dishes, laundry items, etc. I just didn't see shampoo but could have missed it:) The furniture is nice and in good shape. The balcony is large and peaceful. There are large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen has so many built in cabinets and are full of items for your stay. The staff was very friendly. We felt safe and at ease in this property. Our teenage sons also enjoy it and had plenty of room to sleep as there was a king bed in secondary bedroom plus a single bed. The hosts were terrific and answered all of our questions very quickly. The unit is decorated very nicely and really loved all of the built in cabinets in kitchen! We would stay there again for sure!

Had a wonderful time at Cowpet Bay and especially this unit. The unit is beautiful and fully stocked. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Best of all, very easy, short steps to the pool and beach. Beach towels, chairs (6) and coolers are provided. Soaps and essentials are provided so you may want to check-in then buy what you need. We did not cook meals but you have everything you need except spices which is understandable. There are AC units in each bedroom and one in the living area. Numerous ceiling fans throughout, including the bedrooms circulates the air and keep the whole unit cool. AC units worked great and kept the place very comfortable, no issues at all. The balcony is huge and what we liked being on the west side is that the sun is behind the unit, so in the afternoon the balcony is in the shade unlike the East side condos. The sun is very hot here so sitting in shade was great. Being on the ground floor offers the best view, it’s not blocked by the palm trees. It was the slow season, so the beach and pool were never crowded. Beach is cleaned daily and you can get drinks all day from Sangria’s Beachside Bistro. Pat and Bob are awesome hosts who are willing to go out of their way to accommodate if you have special requests. I like that they are locals so they can help you right away. Overall, this unit is one of the best of many VRBOs we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend you stay here.

The very clean condo was perfect for our family of four! The kitchen was unbelievably stocked with everything you would possibly need to cook. The lovely pool and hot tub were close by and warm! The beach is a few steps from your room! Short ride into Red Hook for supplies and restaurants, etc. We also took the ferry from RedHook into St John. I highly recommend this condo and location- there is so much to do here! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family. Property is right on the ocean and pool, making it nice for the mornings the kids woke up early. Pool opens at 7 and was great for our two littles (age 7 and 3). Condo was large enough for our 5 person family and was super clean. Would definitely recommend for families.

Absolutely a great place located right in the perfect location. Seriously, a 1 minute walk to the beach! Couldn’t be a better location in cowpet! Owners are fantastic and answered all my questions plus some. Can’t say enough good about this place. Inside was very nice and upscale! Thanks for letting us enjoy it!

This was our families 1st time to St.Thomas. We were not sure if we wanted hotel, villa or condo and by luck this property was available and it did not disappoint. The rooms are separate both with large bathrooms and showers only. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to prep and cook if you chose also had a grill. Location is fantastic just steps away from private beach and pool with hot tub. The area is clean and quiet. The owner's were great and answered any questions or concerns in a very timely manner!!

This was our third trip to Cowpet Bay and second time in this unit. Our last trip was 2020 and it was great to see how well the area has recovered from the hurricanes. We had our best snorkeling right in front of the condo and was great to see the bay recovering with new coral and plenty of sea life. We hope to return and Bob and Pat are always great hosts.

What a beautiful property. While the inside was everything they said it would be you can't beat the location. The beach is just steps away and the condo is close to everything else the island has to offer. While there was a little snafu with the electricity when we arrived, they were quick to get it taken care of.

Although the travel to get to the place is a bit chaotic, once you are able to make it into the condo it is a breath of relief! Very spacious and beautiful unit with a nice view of the private beach. We will certainly be booking this place again!

This property really was total comfort, mixed with luxury! The u it is centered directly in front of the beach! The 2 restaurants on site serve delicious food. Our beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of linens for all! We had a blast!

We loved our time at Cowpet West! The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware needed to make dinner for our family. Also, a wonderful supply of wash clothes, towels, and beach towels. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone!

Although it is highly recommended to rent a car, we found it so much better not to. We loved using Shamari with Ambassadorial Taxi, Tours & Limo Service. His co-worker Jessica safely took our 18 year old daughter and two friends out to eat and back home without any worry from me! There are two restaurants right on property with a pool and hot tub. This was a senior trip for our daughter and her friends and the memories we made are priceless! In my opinion, Trunk Bay on St John was the most beautiful. beach I have ever seen!! Thank you for making your home our home! Even for just one week! We will be back 🌸🌸🌸

Fabulous family vacay
This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and could easily accommodate more. It has everything you could need - beach towels, laundry detergent, snorkel gear, pool noodles, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, soap, lots of towels and wash rags. Plus previous guests leave behind condiments, seasonings - even alcohol! I highlight these things to save you from packing too much! The location was laid back and quiet yet minutes from Red Hook. The view from the balcony is just as pictured - palm trees and a beautiful beach. There is some good snorkeling in the rocky area on the left side of the beach. The sand on the beach is fine and soft but be aware that it is a little rocky as you enter into the ocean. Not bad at all but just fyi. On our first night we ate at Sangria’s Beachside Bistro overlooking Cowpet Bay. It has great views and has sandwiches and pizza. Our absolute favorite restaurant was Lanai at Limestone Beach. We went at sunset and the views were stunning. Plus, the food was delicious and the prices were great. It may very well be the best bang for your buck on the USVI. If you only eat out once, go there!! You can call ahead for reservations to guarantee a table. My other recommendation is to travel to Water Island and rent a golf cart for the day. Honeymoon Beach on Water Island may be the clearest water I’ve ever seen. Fort Segarra (also on Water Island) is neat and offers up beautiful views. On St Thomas, be sure to travel to the Mountain Top souvenir shop. They have the most stunning view of Magen’s Bay and the best selection of souvenirs. We rented a Jeep from Discount Car Rental and had a great experience. They allow you to take your car via the ferry to St John. I know some people suggest you can get by without a car rental but I felt it was necessary. Everything you would want to see is pretty spread out. Unless you plan on staying at the condo most of the time, I’d rent a car. Speaking of St John, don’t miss Trunk Bay. It was amazing! We went to Maho Bay and hiked to Watermelon Cay also. The snorkeling was the best at Watermelon Cay. We saw sea turtles, a sting ray and a shark. Plus on the hike over we saw wild goats. Overall we enjoyed our visit to the USVI and would recommend the condo to anyone. Thanks Bob and Pat!
