Situated in Lake Delton, this charming house for $379 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. (VLD00311) Come home to this splendid Wisconsin Dells home complete with a finished lower level, five large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This spacious home offers a covered porch and a large deck with outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a fire pit – perfect for summer bonfires or winter cookouts. Comfortably situated alongside picturesque woods, the Northwoods Cabin sleeps a maximum of 14 people. The main level offers three bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed. Occupants of the master bedroom will enjoy an en suite bath while the second shared full bathroom can be accessed from the common area. Stock the fridge on day one and you may never leave. The fully furnished kitchen boasts a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a second counter with a view of the dining room which provides seating for eight. The kitchen also accesses the living room which is highlighted by a beautiful centrally located stone wall gas fireplace, a mounted flat screen TV/DVD and a queen sofa sleeper. Complimentary WIFI is provided. The recently updated basement offers two additional bedrooms which share a third full bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower with seating and dual overhead spray heads. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed while the fifth is furnished with dual twin bunk beds - perfect for kids. The guest friendly lower level is also where the Northwoods themed game room is located. The seating area includes an entertainment center with a large screen which is perfect for the big game and movie night. A wet bar with refrigerator and a microwave, pac-man, foosball table, and board game table round out the fun cave goodies. A large utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. Northwoods Cabin is located a very short drive from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Our family takes an annual trip to the WI Dells every winter. In years past, we have stayed at the waterpark resorts, this location worked so much better for our growing family.
The 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 additional bedrooms in the basement, worked out really well for the babies and school aged children we had in our group. The pool was perfect for the kids!
Definitely, found our new annual vacation home!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It is in a great location and is very close to Dells, grocery stores, hiking, etc. The kitchen is generally well-equipped (double up on the pot holders if touching something warmer than a hot plate though as they are very thin). The bedrooms are large and accommodated our group comfortably. We did not need to use them but the full washer and dryer in the laundry room are a nice feature. The basement is one of the house's best features, with a wet bar, huge couch, foosball table, game table, and arcade machine!
A couple of things could use attention--the lighting in the kitchen is very dim (one of the lights periodically comes in and out) and it makes it difficult to cook unless it is daylight, which is a short time in the winter. The air hockey table did not work and would not turn on, which was a disappointment. People in the basement should prepare to dress warmly/bring extra blankets as the thermostat downstairs does not work (had label on it stating it did not work, so guessing management is aware).
Communication with the rental property team was great and very timely.
Overall, nice place to stay with a large family or a group for a getaway near the Dells!

Beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. Resort community pool was great and the restaurant there was fairly good.
One big downside - the basement was an icebox so we couldn't enjoy its bar, game tables, or ample TV seating. Despite outside temperatures approaching 100 degrees and closing all AC vents downstairs, the room remained far too cold.

We had a wonderful time. This was the perfect size house for our family! The 3 older kids, loved the bunk beds where they had a place away from the adults! All enjoyed the video games, air hockey , Foosball & ring darts! Everyone loved the pool, which was conveniently close! Would definitely recommend. Liked the layout too!

I thought this house was OK. It lacked some of the basics I thought would be available. I called the property management team and they fixed it but was not happy with some of the basics that weren't there.
There was no real grill. A very basic open grill like you would find in a park is not what I expected.
No basic spices in the kitchen. Not sure if this is a sanitation thing but salt. pepper, veg oil. aluminum foil etc would be nice
No shampoo in any bathroom and we had to call for soap.

Very, very nice. Beds were comfortable & bedrooms spacious. Plenty of room for the 14 of us. Finished downstairs with gaming tables & dartboard was a hit. Only negative would be that the back deck really needed a good cleaning. Didn't spend any time out there as a result. Would definitely recommend & would come back.

3rd time at springbrook
The property housed 12 of us very comfortably. It’s always nice after a day of enjoying sites and activities of the Dells area, to come back to a feel at home spot, cook some dinner and relax. Springbrook homes give you that opportunity. Pool inside and out are clean and taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great time had by all
Thanks so much for the beautiful space. It was so clean and comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. We had 14 people staying there and had plenty of room. Also, the amount of dishes and pots and pans and griddles and coffee pots! We made a lot of meals at home and it was so convenient.
We were also able to use the fire pit one night, but the kids didn't want to leave the basement. They set up their own foosball tournament, played cards and darts and air hockey. Such a nice break from their devices.

Great property for our large family!
We had a fantastic long weekend! The property was perfectly laid out for our large family. We loved having a big kitchen stocked with enough tableware for everyone. The property was very clean. The clubhouse was a very short drive away. We were pleasantly surprised when someone was shoveling around our vehicles when we were getting ready to leave after a snowfall. The only negatives we found in this property was that the walls seem to be paper thin on the main level. And we had a tough time regulating the furnace. All in all a great stay. We will most likely be back! Thanks!
