(VLD00311) Situated in a popular cul-de-sac within Spring Brook Resort, this beautiful ranch home boasts a finished lower level with a game room, five large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Guests will relish spending evening downtime enjoying the large deck with table and chairs, a gas grill, and an in ground fire pit – perfect for summer bonfires or winter cookouts with the family. Bearadise accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. The main level offers a master bedroom which provides a king size bed, TV/DVD and private bath with a jetted soaking tub. The additional two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, new TV's, and share the full bathroom which is also accessible from the common area. The fully furnished kitchen reflects the comforts of home with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Enjoy your morning donut at the breakfast bar which provides counter space for meal prep and additional dining seating. The kitchen opens to the living/dining room which provides dining seating for eight, a TV viewing area, 2 queen sofa sleepers and a cozy gas fireplace. A large utility room with washer and dryer adds to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. The beautifully finished lower level offers 2 bedrooms with new TV's in each bedroom (one room has a king bed, the other a queen), as well as a third full bathroom. The real treat though is the spacious family fun room which has seating for the big game (two couches one of which is a queen sofa sleeper), a wet bar including a mini fridge, a TV and bar stools, a pub table, a pool table, and a foosball table. The brand new 65 inch smart TV in the updated media room is perfect for hosting every sporting event from football Sundays to March hoops, or for staying in for movie night! Be prepared to connect over a board game, catch up on some reading or enjoy card night with the gang! This home provides complimentary WiFi. Bearadise is centrally located within the resort and offers easy access to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 16, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

We picked this property over others because it has the perfect bedroom configuration for our multi-generational family. We would go back because it was perfect in so many other ways! Loved the rec-room in the basement, the inviting deck, and having the use of the club-house pool and amenities. It was a great neighborhood for walking and jogging, and it was a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit.

We were in town to ski at Devil’s Head and the location was great and also nice and close to stores and restaurants. The teenagers loved having access to the pool after skiing (and so did the parents). The house had just about everything (no cutting board and an extra blanket or two). We all had plenty of space to hang out with the kids in the basement and the parents upstairs. The community was also nice and quite.

Carpeting is filthy, need to be replaced as well as the refrigerator! I thought the refrigerator door was going to fall off every time I opened it , ice maker is broken as well as most of the door shelves . Carpet is so filthy I was afraid to walk on it without my shoes on . Since the very first thing you see upon entering the home are big black and yellow stains on the carpet it is most definitely not a good start to things

Everything was great, we really enjoyed the location and the size of the house. Our only complaint is that the upstairs carpet desperately needs to be replaced. We felt it was so dirty that we couldn’t let the toddlers crawl on it. And the sofa beds in the basement are not usable. We went and bought air mattresses to use down there. If these two things were fixed we would definitely stay there again.

The house was good, the carpet was dirt. The wifi was ok when it was just three people on line. When all of our party were in the house the wifi did not work. It would be good if the wifi could support the number of residents listed for the property.

This is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. It was very clean except for the stains in the carpet in the dining room. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the foosball table and it is within walking distance to the pool. We also enjoyed eating lunch on the deck. Our family enjoyed our stay there and we would stay again.

We had an enjoyable time. There was plenty of room for our large group. The property is showing some age, but the facility says they have plans for upgrades shortly. The only "bad" thing is that neither of the downstairs pullouts are usable. The mattresses are so far gone that they are simply not usable. Great stay and would do it again!

Size of house was nice but it needs a deep clean. And furniture was old & gross. Bathroom were clean but out dated. Crumbs were left on many surfaces & dishes didn’t seem that clean.

Easy check in/out, property was as described. Plenty of sleep space, but the futons are in terrible shape, not comfortable at all. We had all the kids sleep on the floor, rather than the beat up futons. That is my only real complaint, so bring extra sleep options!

We really enjoyed our stay. The basement area was a fun hangout spot. Was also nice being able to get away upstairs for more peace and quiet if needed. House was as described. Restaurant at the resort was excellent and a decent indoor pool which was a bonus.
