About this condo rental
Situated in Seacrest Beach, this charming condo for $199 per night is a great choice for your next break. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, flexible check in with a private balcony overlooking the heated pool and a beautiful view of the beach from the top floor of the complex. You are steps from the beach and walking distance from downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants, bars and the library. This unit is on the top floor, 2 doors down from the elevator. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, cable tv, two dressers, a large closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a private bathroom, a dresser and closet but it does not have a tv. The living room has a couch, three chairs, cable TV & WIFI. The dining room table seats six and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo. Spanish Main Condominiums is located approximately 29 miles from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and approximately 1.5 hours from the Orlando airport. Condominium Association Rules: 2 bedroom condos are limited to 4 people, 3 bedroom condos are limited to 6 people. Guests are not allowed to bring pets on Spanish Main Condominiums property. No trailers, boats or motor homes are permitted on the property. Overflow parking is in the large grassy area in front of the complex. Please observe all posted rules at the pool. Pool hours are from 9am to dusk. Noise tends to carry in the pool & courtyard so we ask that you be considerate of other residents. Please do not hang towels, swim suits or clothing on any outdoor railings. Fire department regulations prohibit the use of charcoal or gas grills on balconies or patios, electric grills are permitted. There is a charcoal grill near the pool area the association does provide as well as an outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand. Please rinse all sand off of everything before going back into to the unit.

Place was great had beach chairs and coolers and beach towels to use. Great place no complaints. We were travel light with just a personal.item each to take on the play. The rental was filled with tons of extras to make the trip ebjoyable

Property was clean, comfortable and had many extra amenities (shampoo, condiments, beach supplies, etc) that are not typically provided. We enjoyed the close proximity to ocean and great view.
Nitpicks were outdoor patio was not cleaned prior to our arrival and had food bits/sand. The HOA put a note on our vehicle stating that, even though we had properly placed the parking pass in the car window, that we hadn’t filled out the dates of our stay and we would be towed if we didn’t fill that out.
Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again.

I loved the location, watched the sunrise from my deck and got lots of pictures . It was close to everything we needed. My daughter lives in Orlando area and I love to go to the beach when I come out. This is a perfect beach getaway

The condo has a great view of the ocean. It's about 4 blocks to the little downtown area with lots of restaurant choices. Super close to Kennedy Space Center.

This was a perfect unit for my family of 4 to rent. The pool was a great size and clean. Super close to the beach. Pool and beach toys, chairs,cooler, and towels provided. The beach was not crowded and close to great restaurants. The owners responded to messages and we were able to get into our room a little early. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying in Cocoa Beach at The Spanish Main, but our first time in Fred and Lisa's condo. The unit is sparkling clean, and they have provided everything a family would need for a wonderful stay. The balcony was one of the best features, with the 4th floor view winning us over versus the 1st floor unit we rented last spring. Fred and Lisa are very responsive owners, though we had zero problems during our stay. We will definitely be back to visit in the future!

After our cruise, we needed a comfortable place to stay a couple of days. Home was very clean and spacious for our adult family of four. Twin mattresses might be due for an upgrade or mattress pads added but everything else was nice! Thank you!

We enjoyed the great location of the property. However, upon check in the property was not properly cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a dead cockroach in the closet, dried blood on a bedroom floor, and the floors had crumbs/dirt all over. We had to spend time on our vacation cleaning the property before enjoying the beach. This was disappointing as our time there was short and we pay a cleaning fee. We did reach out to the property manager and sent photos but nothing was resolved after photos were sent. Overall, great location-less than desirable cleanliness.

The proximity to the beach, the view of the beach and the walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and many restaurants was awesome.
The 2nd bathroom could use some updates and repair however it was very clean.
The check in process was very simple and communication was good which all took place before we arrived. We had no issues or reasons to contact them while we were there because everything was was good!

If you're looking for location, this is the place. The fourth floor apartment has a side view of the ocean which is priceless. However, the apartment needs an update and the kitchen in particular needs a lot of cleaning. If you decide to go please bring your own soap for there's none available. The owner's response is good. The elevator broke down the night before we were supposed to vacate, and the owner responded quite fast. There are stores, and restaurants nearby, and the entire atmosphere is quite friendly and responsive. We had a lovely time, but I must admit, that next time we go back we're looking for a different place.

This property is clean and Fred and Lisa are always in communication to make sure everything is as planned. Beach is a walk away, great view from every balcony and pool is perfect. Everything we needed with our 7 year old grandson to make memories. Check out Kennedy Space Center, Gold-n-Gator ( pictures holding a baby gator/ feed them , all inexpensive and worth it. Dinosaur store is a few blocks and fun. Perfect spot! Great service!

We really enjoyed this property. It was exactly what we needed to decompress after a few days in Orlando. We got groceries and did not leave the condo property for several days. The beach out back is public but the public parking is half a mile in either direction so the beach ended up being pretty open and uncrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo on the beach. Removed from the boardwalk area so it is quieter at the property.
Overall, very good. Appreciated chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Only con was the vent/fan screen on the stove hood was falling apart onto the stove and into food with bits of metal.
