We were attending a wedding in Paso, and wanted a place where we could hang out with friends while there, and be close to downtown Paso and the wedding venue. This ended up being a perfect location. The house had a cozy feel, was very clean, and had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy, as was checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, no real issues, plenty of towels and linens, iron, coffee pot ( Keurig and coffee pot) avl. Appliances were clean however we didn’t use. Overall very nice. I did report the kick key was challenging to open and they responded immediately with a maintenance request! Love that. Garage avl for parking too. We parked in driveway however it was nice to see the option to use the garage. Thanks for a great visit. Will try and stay again.

Overall, the house made for a comfy stay for 3 adults and 1 child. Good location walkable to town in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities of the house were as advertised, with comfortable beds and good bathroom setups. The house felt more tired/rundown than we expected based on the listing.

We had trouble with the lockbox for the gate key. We were also a bit surprised that we needed to provide our own hand soap for the bathrooms. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect and the house provided plenty of opportunity for the whole group to hand out together.

This was a great location. Perfect getaway from LA and suitable for our two small families. We had two children who shared one of the rooms. The location is close enough to walk to downtown but tucked away behind the main busy street which was nice. Sleeping areas upstairs kept the large living/lounging room area downstairs separate. Outside area and barbecue are nice. (Note, there’s a lot of light that comes into the rooms so bring an eye mask if you’re used to blackout shades). We made a feast by purchasing steaks and fish to grill and enjoyed just resting and relaxing inside. As for the kitchen, just a couple notes...the stove needs to be adjusted (check the legs) to ensure it sits level. It was hard to cook food evenly because it was on an incline and somewhat lopsided...but totally fixable. Also, it’s helpful to advise people to not leave food or dirty dishes out since the heat brings out ants. We woke up one morning and found that out the hard way. Probably not an issue for most, but for those planning on using the kitchen for cooking or storing snacks keep this in mind. Nice addition is accessible garage parking although there’s plenty of street parking yoo. Overall we would be back and enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice property in a good location with easy access to downtown and freeways. The check in / out process was so easy too. A rare bonus was the ability to park our car inside the garage which was very convenient too.
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath towels. It would be an inexpensive upgrade that would improve the overall experience.

This was a perfect little spot for three couples to stay. We enjoyed the ease of check in and the accessibility of the touch screen was so cool!
The kitchen was well stocked. We did accidentally trip the breaker making popcorn in the microwave; but it was an easy fix.

Overall a very nice experience. The house was perfect for my immediate family. We were surprised by the steepness of the stairs, it was a challenge for some elderly parents who were in town and met us there.

Nice property - fairly comfy beds, nice living room, enough space for our group and the kids loved running laps around the back door and around to the front. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, in line with other rentals of this type.
Two issues for us:
1) The grill on the back patio is ridiculously tiny. So tiny I didn't even know they made them that small. We tried to cook two racks of ribs and even on the lowest possible heat the bottoms were charred beyond recognition. Barely enough room for 4 steaks.
2) The shutters in the master bedroom let in so much light that we could not sleep much past sunrise. Not a problem in the middle of winter, but this time of year it's a major hassle.

Great Friendsgiving!
Our group had a wonderful time at the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner! Great location too, could walk to downtown and a short drive to some of our favorite wineries. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the owners as well.

November 2021 Stay
This property is clean and well decorated. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Kitchen appliances work well and it is stocked appropriately.
The only drawback is those stairs. The house is three levels, making the climb up the first set with all the luggage a real chore. Then another set of stairs up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom but the other two must share a bathroom. The half bath is on the first level. If you have issues with stairs, this is a real problem. If not, you’ll be fine.
A little suggestion for the owners, please replace the can opener. It’s flimsy and hurts your hand to open. A decent wine opener would be nice, since this is wine country. Also, of the three lightbulbs over the table, two were burned out. We couldn’t use the table to eat. Too dark. The air conditioner condenser leaks water at the back patio door, and makes the deck constantly wet.
Other than above, the house is fine. Just beware those wicked stairs!

This was a reunion with two college buddies and our spouses. We had a great time. The home is in great shape and we really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. There are different levels so lots of stairs-something to consider if you have any issues with them. But we would stay there again!
