Nestled in South Boston, this charming condo for $158 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Housed on the third floor of our 1890 Victorian home in the city's thriving South Boston neighborhood, we are conveniently located (adjacent to downtown & close to the BCEC) on East Broadway with a bus stop at the corner of our block. In light of CoVid, we are contact-free since renters have separate access through the basement and back stairwell to the top floor unit. While we've always taken pride in being immaculate, we are taking extra steps to completely disinfect all exposed areas/surfaces. Parking is available for a small fee and pets are welcome for longer term visits. Adjacent to the 'village' area, everything is safely within walking distance including the BCEC, restaurants, the subway (Red line Broadway Stop), grocery/drug stores, parks, Dorchester Heights historical monument, and the beach. This 1,100 square-ft immaculate, spacious 4-room apartment + full bath/tub has its own separate entrance w/partial city views, central air, speedy wifi, and a sizable eat-in kitchen. The unit is basic, providing a great value for a clean, comfortable, well-stocked space. The owners who occupy the downstairs make every effort to make the process easy & straightforward from start to finish for all renters. As only the 7th listing on Boston/VRBO 17 years ago we've thoroughly enjoyed this labor of love, and all the wonderful people we've met. We host families, tourists, actors, marathoners, and corporate clients - all enjoy our convenient location to downtown, the airport, public transport and Boston's main attractions including the Freedom Trail/Boston Common, Fenway Park, Children's Museum, JFK Library/Museum..... all within 2 - 3 miles from here. There is no need to rent a car unless traveling well outside the city limits, although there is free on-street parking. We also have a parking spot you can rent for $15/night, just a few doors down.

We had a great stay in Donna and Max's apartment. It was super clean, very quiet, and in a convenient area. The T station was about a 20 minute walk, but we didn't mind the exercise. The hosts were very friendly and responsive during our 4-night stay. We'd definitely stay with them again!

I stayed here for a conference while my family toured colleges and Boston. It’s easy to walk to the BCEC and my wife and kids had no issues getting to / from colleges in the greater Boston area. Clean, roomy place, fun neighborhood and great hosts!

Three of us stayed in the upper level of this home, December 2021. We had a great stay. Close to downtown Boston, we alternated between Uber, driving our rental car, and walking about 3/4 mile to the subway station. The home was quite on comfortable, set in a nice neighborhood where there are always people out walking.

This place was perfect and had everything we needed! Tons of good bars / restaurants a block or two away, stocked kitchen to cook when needed, and just a really cool house. Donna and Max could not have been nicer as well! They went out of their way to help us out and offered some great recommendations. 11/10 would stay here again. Thank you both!

We can't thank Donna and Max enough for a fabulous spot for our Thanksgiving holiday . The apartment was perfect; kitchen well stocked, beds super comfortable and plenty of board games for a rainy day. Neighborhood felt very safe with great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at this property and it was outstanding (again!). The apartment is spacious, immaculate and conveniently located. Boston is such a great city. We enjoyed delicious meals at restaurants in the neighborhood and traveled to the North End for Italian. Donna is always welcoming and super helpful. Cannot recommend this property enough!

South Boston's Best

We came from California to run in the Boston Marathon and then stay for vacation after our event. This place is located close to the subway and the bus which worked well for getting to our event and for our site seeing. There are lots of food options in the neighborhood if you don't have time to go far. The apartment was super clean and well supplied if you want to cook some meals for yourself. The owners were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The next time I come to Boston, this property will be my first choice!!

This property, in the attic of a detached 1890's house on East Broadway in South Boston, was perfect for our family of 5. Eat-in-Kitchen was big and functional, two bedrooms accommodated us all easily, the shower was always hot. The hosts were very personable and helpful. And South Boston is a great neighborhood for eating!

This property was the perfect location for exploring Boston! Not only was the apartment completely immaculate, but it was easily accessible to the T station and bus route which took us everywhere we needed to go. It was surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, including a 7-eleven for essentials we needed. After a day of enjoying the city, it was nice to have plenty of room to spread out and relax in the evening without being squeezed in the same room together.
