The location is excellent. The staff is amazing especially Chris, the manager, he always have smiles on his face, very helpful and kind so as his assistant Alex.

Clean, tidy, rooms well equipped and comfy beds
Rooftop bar was almost always booked out to corporate parties and was crowded more often than not. Staff were apologetic but ultimately guests of the hotel are not considered

The chair in the room was ridiculous. Very uncomfortable.

Location was great.
Beds were bricks and the pillows were worse. Even my 22 year old kids were complaining. Beds are not up to standard hotel standards. Other than that the hotel was nice.
