Safe and convenient location.
The elevator would not take us to the.3rd floor which is where our room was. We told the front desk immediately before even going to our room, we took the stairs which we didn't mind but handicapped and elderly folks may have an issue. We went to a Red Sox game and when we returned, it still didn't work, told the front desk again. A few broken lights in our room and the front desk did not answer the phone when we tried to call for information...it rang 20 times, I hung up and tried again and waited 15 rings. Other than those issues, we was a good place to stay.

Nice aesthetic, good sized bathrooms
Mattress not so comfy, blocked toilets multiple times, confusion about the 25 dollar food and beverage credit
