Situated in Steamboat Springs, this attractive condo for $525 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo situated in downtown Steamboat Springs and on Yampa river. Luxury Condo Downtown - Amazing location close to everything Condo: 1470 sq. ft. Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 5-7) WE ARE CELEBRATING OVER 200 FIVE STAR RATINGS! Thanks so much to all of our wonderful guests: Little Pony loves you back. :) This is a beautiful condo in a high-quality building: huge windows with great views, hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances, gas fireplace, a fantastic deck facing the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill, 680 thread count pima cotton sheets, goose down pillows and comforters, and a private heated garage. It's beautifully furnished with comfortable leather couches and chairs, and quality beds. Unique art is displayed throughout. There's a cozy throw and pillow for everyone, and lots of places to curl up with a book. Or play one of the many games provided. The master suite contains a king bed, the second suite contains a twin-over-full bunk bed, and there's a comfortable queen-size fold-out sofa in the living room. The location can't be beat. Enjoy all that Downtown Steamboat has to offer. It's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Stroll downstairs to enjoy a spa day, or stop by the sports shop and rent your equipment for the day. Walk half a block to catch the free bus to the Steamboat Ski Area. Feel like cross-country skiing today, or get in a few quick downhill runs? Just cross the river on the nearby pedestrian bridge to Howelsen Hill. You'll also find a great ice skating rink there.. Or walk to one of the many nearby bars with live music. Our favorite: the Old Town Hot Springs pools, just a few blocks away. Be sure to make use of our electronics. Bring your laptop and catch up on email with our high-speed Wi-Fi. Or use one of the high-def, flat-screen Smart TVs with Xfinity cable. If you're here to ski and you don't have a ski pass, I have 25% off discounts that I give out to my guests while supplies last. I also have 5 sets of snow shoes and 4 tubes (and electric pumps) for floating on the river that are available for guests to use, and a few bikes of varying sizes and types. This is your vacation, do what you love.

Loved our family ski getaway! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being downtown located near great shopping and restaurants. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils, plus all the spices left from previous visitors. We had some insignificant things pop up right at the beginning of our stay and the Kelly was quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. We rode the free city bus to and from the mountain. Pickup and drop off was 1/2 block from our doorstep. Loved the heated garage for our car. If you have an oversized vehicle, parking in the garage might not be an option but our GMC Acadia fit perfectly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

Wonderful place!
This condo is extremely clean and has a warm feel to it with all the cool art pieces. The beds were very comfortable. It just felt homey, which is nice when you’re on vacation. The owner of the joint has it figured out when it comes to her guide book for her guests. She gives allll the info. And it’s all stocked for whatever you need! Perfect walking distance to all the shops. I never had to drive anywhere for town trips. I’d definitely recommend! I also loved the balcony and seeing the river so close.

This is a very nice, comfortable, attractive and well-stocked condo in a great location across the street from the Yampa River and blocks from all the best restaurants in Steamboat. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. On a snowy afternoon, we had fun playing Scrabble in front of the gas fireplace!

The descriptions and reviews of Little Pony were spot on. Great location, beautiful view, comfortable furnishings and many extra conveniences. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Communication was easy, the location is a short walk to the many amazing restaurants Steamboat has to offer - all casual, but truly excellent. When we stayed in, so appreciated access to basics like salt & pepper and some spices /dry goods left by other guests. Not to mention all the pots, pans and dishes we needed to prepare and serve a great meal.
Although we did rent a car, we took advantage of the very close-by bus stop to get to the ski resort and walked to dinner most nights. Very doable without a car rental and would consider that next time.
Also worth noting, we took full advantage of having the Waterside Day Spa just downstairs. Great little spa with many services.
Overall, highly recommend this property.
