With three bedrooms and two bathrooms we had plenty of space to relax. Having a washer for laundry was so convenient. Loredana was very flexible meeting us with travel delays impacting our plans. It was great to stay there I highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous time in Rome and staying at Loredana’s place made our trip that much better. Her rental unit had everything we needed plus more. Her attention to detail - snacks, cooking oils and seasoning did not go unnoticed. It was also within walking distance to the Vatican and the downtown shops. Loredana responded to any of our questions in a very expedient and timely manner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a rental property in Rome. We loved our Rome home 😉. Excellent location, beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed in the kitchen to make our stay feel like home. Several great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it so much!

Our host, Laura, Diana, was so accommodating to us. We were there early and she allowed us to stay in the living room while they clean the unit. Such a beautiful spacious unit for our family. It was so warm in Rome that we never seem to get the rooms to cool down enough for us, but that’s just the way things are in Europe. we were treated like royalties with snacks and beverage Waiting for us. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable. Location was perfect. There are 2 sets of stairs that I must have missed initially but was you about later.

The location is perfect as it is close to metro that can get you anywhere in the city or walking distance to all things around the Vatican. Loredana was an amazing communicator and very helpful. She greeted us with they key, toured the apartment with us and after she found out we had never been to Rome she gave us many tips and went over maps with us. Yes, there are stairs but the listing tells you this and it's not awful. The apartment is beautiful, roomy, well stocked, clean and the AC works beautifully. It has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was beautiful and located close to the Metro allowing easy transfers all over Rome. The host was wonderfully responsive and helpful with recommendations around Rome . She would respond within 15 minutes always! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My two teens and I stayed here and really loved it. The space was perfect and Loredana met us at the apt to provide information on local areas, sites and answer any questions. Highly recommended!

It was a nice location for dinner and groceries

The host helped arrange a taxi and then we were greeted as we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfectly located near attractions, the bus and subway stops. Downstairs is a bistro that had great breakfast, pastries and friendly staff. We would highly recommend the apartment for a family stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location with a cafe downstairs and the Metro station at the end of the block. Loredana allowed us into the property early and was very responsive to our needs. Only drawback was many stairs to apartment entry.

Though it is very clean the air conditioner does not work as shown to us and at night the air air-conditioner Goes off though the mgr. states it doesn’t!!! The other thing people should be aware of is when you leave the apartment the entire complex of electricity shuts off. So there is no air conditioning no charging of any device while you’re gone. I wish to mention we were there the first week of June so that might make a difference but I doubt it

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room for more people. We were allowed to drop off our bags prior to the check in time which we really appreciated! We also loved the extra goodies left in the apartment (water, tea, coffee, candy, etc). Loredana was very gracious, friendly, and helpful with providing maps, information, and recommendations of where to go. The apartment was also very quiet at night and the windows were excellent at keeping the noise out. There was a great cafe on the main floor of the apartment building which was very convenient, as well as bus stops and the Metro right across the street. The Vatican was about a 20 min walk away. I believe the apartment was advertised as being on the second floor and there was no lift, so I assumed there would be one flight of stairs. I did not realize that the second floor is a bit different in a historical building, so there were a few flights of stairs to haul luggage up. It was only difficult with the luggage, but otherwise was not an issue. We would certainly stay here again!

Other than a small “hiccup” with the check out time, our stay was absolutely wonderful. Loredana was very apologetic for the miscommunication and very gracious. The unit’s proximity to the subway was awesome. So convenient. We took a 10-15 min walked to the Vatican with no problem. Travelers with problems w stairs should know that there are 2 flights of stairs to the room. Not the easiest after flying 19 hrs.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this apartment!!! We'd stay again in a heartbeat if available. Loredana is an amazing host, every time I messaged her with questions, she was prompt with very helpful responses. This apartment is located in the middle of the block with the train access on the corner, a wonderful little cafe next door and little market & restaurant in the next block over. This apartment is absolutely charming and was the perfect place to stay for our family prior to our cruise out of Rome. Hopefully next time we can stay longer. Thank you Loredana!!!

Great but a lot of stairs

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Just a few steps to Metro and bus stops. A few blocks from Vatican City. Loredana was a wonderful host and responded to all our questions within minutes. We would definitely love to stay here again on a future trip to Rome!

The property is as described. But there was one major problem that is not mentioned..it states in the amenities that it has AC(air conditioning) which was a necessity. It did AC units in each room but they DID NOT WORK. After we checked-in we proceeded to turn on the AC to cool the apartment because the bedrooms were pretty warm. Nothing was working..we had to contact the host and were told that because of some law/regulations that the AC is not turned on until sometime in May. It needs to be stated in the info about this place. We tried to sleep with the windows open but bugs were flying in and then the noise from the traffic and people was crazy at 1 am. This was something that should have been stated in the description. Because the temperatures the last week of April are very warm. I definitely would not have booked this place if I had known this.

It was a great experience with a wonderful host. Very close to metro, not far from grocery and great coffee bar next door. The residence was clean and well equipped. Hopefully elevator is built soon. Thankyou for making it a wonderful experience!

Property was perfect and great value for our 6 day holiday. Everything was as exod ted or better.

Our family of 5 (2 adult children and one pre-teen) had a great time staying at this property. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of most popular sites in Roma. The apartment is large, well appointed, and very quiet even though it’s located on a busy street. Great beds, large sitting room, nice kitchen with all necessary appliances (although we ate out during our entire stay). Lovely neighborhood with lots of little cafes, restaurants… in summary, we highly recommend this apartment!!

The luxury apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, well appointed, kitchen was awesome and stocked well with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Very pleased with the apartment and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome.

This apartment delivered so much charm, comfort and convenience. It is well located close to the Metro (just a few metres away), the Vatican (about 25 minutes walk), and fantastic coffee and light food in the basement cafe courtesy of the gorgeous Mateo. It’s also just a 10 minute walk from the famous Piazza del Poppolo and the start of one of Rome’s best shopping streets, the Via del Corso. It is spacious and stylishly fitted out, and exceptionally well equipped. Loredana, the property manager, was fabulous, welcoming us to the property personally and giving us a reccy so we understood how to work certain appliances etc. When my husband became ill the first night we were there, she was a great help in providing information on where to find medical help. She was always just a text message away. Shortcomings - there are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility problems, this is not the place for you. This was our first trip to Italy and I’ve discovered accommodation places also don’t seem to provide anything but the bare essentials in terms of towels. But if you ask for extras, Loredana is quick to respond. Also missing are the information compendiums usually supplied in Australian rental properties. Again, Loredana was always available with answers, but that’s not the case everywhere.

Very nice, meticulous apartment. Spacious bedrooms and living area. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the goodies that were left for us 😊 The host was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and she greeted us upon our arrival. She also booked a driver from the airport for us which made the arrival even easier. The apartment, itself, is in a great location. We walked EVERYWHERE! There are places to eat close by, including caffe right next door and across the street. We had five adults in our family but the apartment can easily accommodate more people. Highly recommend the apartment!!!!

Excellent location, and very cool place. Well stocked and the Property Manager had a large bowl full of yummy goodies, which made it feel extra special. She was very helpful with advice of where to go, restaurants, things to do, etc…Don’t hesitate to stay here!!
