The staff at the bar and restaurant were overworked but very friendly.
I originally requested a suite when booking online but settled for the two queen beds.

The location of the hotel was great! Walking distance to the venue we went to see a concert. Parking was AWESOME! Extremely clean and the shower was great as well.
Here is the problem I had. I went through Booking.com so that I could put the cost of my room on a 4 payment plan (paypal). When we arrived I gave my debit card to use for incidentals (not an issue). When I checked out, the employee on duty ran my card for the total amount to come out of my checking account ($187.73). When I was 1/2 way home I discovered this and I called the hotel. I was told that it was an accident and that they had already unsubmitted it and it would take a few days to fall off. Well if it doesn't fall off this morning then my account will go in the negative and I will be charged an additional $35 by my bank. I am hoping this doesn't happen. Employees should really be trained to double check the accounts and just not assume everyone is paying with a debit/credit card!! Overall I loved the hotel but I am very upset about this transaction. Once I see if this is taken care of, then I will change my rating.

Arrived later than planned, had a delicious dinner! Afterwards we enjoyed music at the bar and a couple drinks. Bed was super comfy! Thank you for an excellent stay! And, super friendly staff!!
