With little improvement could be much better

It's a funcional decent spot with a modern big TV, good wifi, Nespresso, good electric oven, close to the beach, hot shower.

Overall the place is ok, but I highly recommend the manager to improve the following: dirty old sheets, old mattress, kitchen unequipped, towels old and a bit creepy, electricity disconnecting, bathroom door not closing, no trash bags, no cleaning sponge, feels insecure: balcony doors are very easy to break in, cold in cold days (weak heat pump). Also, the doors to access the building and the flat are hard to open.

It was close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, and a couple markets.

The bathroom door does not close and the power would shut off if you used more than one appliance at a time (ie: stove and AC). The host was quick to respond when the power went out, but I think we should have been informed of how to deal with it ahead of time.

Responsive host, pleasant apartment in a pleasant location, with rather worn-out equipment.

Good location. Apartment equipped appropriately (washing machine, microwave, stove, TV...). Quick response of the host. Opportunity to experience the daily hustle and bustle of people outside the strict center of Valencia.

Worn out bed mattresses. Poorly closing front door to the building. Missing external blinds in the living room and other room. Noisy happenings on the street at night; not suitable for people who want peace.

We enjoyed visiting Valencia but felt that Sofia’s flat should not be rented out in this condition.

Convenient location for city and beach.

No one met us at property. On arrival wet sheets on bed and mattress and mattress protector very stained( cleaner provided dry sheets later that day, new protector given several days later), unable to close bathroom door ( never rectified),door falling off wardrobe, ripped bedroom curtain, freezer full of dirty ice ( new fridge/freezer supplied three days later),no kettle although advertised( given one four days later after asking three times), no glasses and only one teaspoon. During heavy rain leak in lounge and kitchen ceiling( leak in kitchen was above microwave oven and water entered cupboards containing plates etc. This had clearly happened before as hole in ceiling and when reported to agent response was “it’s raining in Valencia” . Agent did not come to flat to check the leak . We had to put bucket under. Only contact with the agent was by phone, had no visit.

Pleasant

+ perfect location + spacious and clean place with quite a lot of sunlight + good price/quality and price/location rartio + good comunication with the owner and fast responses

- very poor kitchen equipment (one bowl, no cups) - lack of some basic items (like dishwashing liquid, washing sponge) - basic and cheapest furniture

Close proximity to subway station and shops. TV and Wi-fi for guests, kitchen appliances working, clean rooms and bathroom.

Air conditioning unfortunately is not enough if you arrive at the beginning of December and it was quite cold - good that we found another quilt in the wardrobe. There was no kettle.

very good location, close to the beach, there were no issues with check in or check out...English and Spanish speaking service. Very good for holidays for 2 persons

Our flight to Valencia was delayed and there was nobody at the location, but after calling the person who was responsible for unit came in 5-10 minutes.
